I want to know what 007 meant? How did Meredith know that was George?

Was that interchange about 007 on last night's show, or was it on a previous one? And if previous, which one and under what circumstances? I must have missed it if it occurred last night re: his enlistment. If it's about that, it's a harsh statement all around -- for a doctor and for our troops.
