I hope it is the chief that gets fired, he deserves it. All this is happening because of him, he was going to get replaced by Derek and to save his own job he went arranged the merger with Mercy West. Unfortunatly though I think it will be Izzie who gets the cut, Well should make interesting viewing.

Isn't there a storyline coming up about a death in the ER and all the residents have to defend their treatment of the patient. It could be that Izzie is the one who takes the fall for it.

I can't believe Nurse Olivia got fired I was so happy to see her back. Also does anyone else think the Chief needs a good slap?
