  I CRIED WHEN MERDER WERE IN THE ELEVATOR!!!! That was the most amazing romantic scene.. :-) It was exactly what we have been dying to see FOREVER!!! I remember the first time Derek told Mer he was in love with her in the beginning of season 3, and now their love is official! Mer FINALLY said "I love you" back to Der and they are engaged!!! YAY!! DREAM COME TRUE!!! They have amazing chemistry and this is going to be great!! Cant wait for the wedding, and for the mcdream house to be built!!! And OMG thank god izzie's surgery went well. I was so nervous! That cancer doc was being such an ass. I felt so bad for alex though.. His break down made me tear up... And the cris/owen storyline is so good, I can't believe he strangled her!! But their sex scene was so beautiful, you can see that he really does care for her and doesn't mean to hurt her. Overall, SPECTACULAT EPISODE!!!! Thanks shonda!!! p.s. poor callie for thinking that its her fault izzie is sick, and poor george :-(

  Holy crap... I just had a mean cry.. This is ridiculously sad, I am so f*cking scared that Izzie is not going to make it. Grey's has really turned around this season, it is AMAZING!!! And I am so glad Derek got all of his anger out, I think he will perform the surgery for Izzie. And I think he and Mer will have some good scenes coming up.. *PROPOSAL!!* AND YAY for George actually having some screen time!! T.R. is such a good actor. Also, LOVED how mer and george had to act like Bailey towards their interns hahah it was just like how Bailey used to yell at them.. They have all grown so much! I LOVE GREY'S!!!!!!
