  ikinda like this episode.. interesting.. igot the point.. i also notice at first that dr kepner did not finish examining the patient. but because of the chaos and the competition bet mercy wester and seattle grace, u will never notice it.. she seem ok. like what chief said, a simple mistake could lead to everything... so its about chief... the episode is not about the patient nor the her doctors.. its about chief and his issues.. love dr. shepherd at the end of the episode..
