It's not MErDer unfortunately :(. We have seen so many kisses between them so that woul'nt be suprising. But maybe MerDer will get something better than a kiss ;). And it's not Gizzie because I readed somewhere that they are over. I think that the kiss is between woman and man and the other kisser can be Mark or George. It's not Derek because he'll be together with Mer. And it's not George Callie because we have seen them kissing so many times. It could be: Mark/Izzie :) George/Cristina ! 10 hours anymore :DDD. I can't wait. I hope the rumour about MerDer engagement is true. And does anyone know is the spoiler, which is on ABC site, true? I hope not because if they are I have spoiled the episode from myself.
