• Grey's Anatomy Episode Recap: "New History" (11/13/2009)

  Mer is back!!! I think Jackson would be ok for Cristina. But Teddy would be more than perfect for Owen! I hope Teddy's revelation changes all! Maybe Teddy is Owen's best friend and he think she is out or his league. Beth is beautiful but a naive girl. Teddy is a goddess! And Teddy rocks! Love her immediately! Cristina is really annoying. As Bailey said, she is the problem. Mer is back!!! Love her as Alex's best friend. The "I will tell her" Izzie used to convince that MW guy was completely silly and he agreed? She could just ask Derek. On the other hand with Richard she was perfect. Mer is back! MerDer kisses at the OR! MerDer kisses anywhere! She light up when she look at him! And they way he looks at her with love! Thank you! More, more! Poor Richard. Adele is great and beautiful than ever. And Bailey is the best always! Not even a "hey" or kiss to Mark and Lexie? Love the attendings bonding. Love Mark and Callie! The work-wife-and-husband was hilarious! And so make sense! Mer is back!!! More MerDer scenes! I understand KH need a leave of absence. I can't understand Izzie's behavior with Alex after all that wedding planning and day. You waste the perfect wedding with a couple that can't survive the first crises. And you left us without a legal MerDer wedding even in the City Hall. Mer is back. Please make them legally married. :) Mari, from Brazil

  Mer is back in scrubs! Kisses scenes. MerDer love. What else can I ask for? I don’t care about new members if they are needed to fill a space in the show. A cardio doc is missing. Any hospital needs one. And Cristina needs one too. And I know some people don’t agree with me, but Cristina is a lot immature in personal x professional relationships. So maybe she could grow more having a challenging as the Jackson guy. And Owen, besides his post-war-trauma, he is sweet, seems to be well raised, grounded, he need a more mature woman who can help him, not one who he need to be teaching all the time how to behave in a professional situation. So... maybe... How can Izzie blame Alex? I’m sorry for all she has been through but Alex didn’t deserve that. Mer is back!!!!!!!!!! (God bless you Ellen! Thanks! I'm your loyal fan forever!)

   It wasn’t painful. It wasn’t sacrifice. It was magnificent.

  Meredith didn’t care at first. She didn’t care about him. But she learned how to have a family with Lexie. She didn’t have it, even with her mother. Now she has Derek and Lexie. It was lovely as should have been. And I knew Alex would say something. “He is the sick one”. He has this in common with Meredith, a bad father. But he learned in the hard way. And he regrets. So he helps everybody with the same issues as he did. Derek was supportive (“you don’t owe him anything”). It’s wasn’t about obligation. It’s about family and Derek always had one. But he could not tell Meredith what to do. She had to learn by herself. She had to feel. And she did! Love her! The door is open.

  And knowing that was Ellen Pompeo’s line “I want you to do this for her.” Love her even more!

  Derek! That “my wife” was dreamier than ever! Please make them legally married! I know is true to them, but they need to be able to protect each other if there’s a legal issue. Please. Don’t make the lovely post-it scene be a thing we would lament after all.

  Lexie is lovely. She’s young and happy and naive. But she’s lovely, caring. And she’s full of love. To Meredith, to Mark, to her father. She makes everyone feel loved. And they need love!

  I feel sorry for Mark childhood at that “parent who give you everything” scene. He should have suffered a lot. And he has become mature and healed. I can only root for him. Love the big boy’s scenes together.

  I didn’t care about Owen at first. But he has grown a lot these episodes for me. He didn’t take Cristina’s nonsense at all. He’s not selfish or arrogant as Burke. He’s compassionate and strong. A leader too. And Cristina will learn a lot with him. As Izzie did today.
