Dream. At the end it starts to break to light, and that's always part of dreams or similar.

Okay, here are my thoughts on the episode: George and Izzie are OVER. Really, truly over. The way George looked when he was talking to his mom? Total over. Alex and Izzie are starting up again. Izzie is pretending not to have feelings for Alex. Alex isn't hiding anything. Okay, now for the big stuff. Bailey and Tucker: I wish I could say they would stay together, but it's a no. And MerDer? They are falling apart. No, not falling, they are pushing and falling apart. Meredith has a right to feel like major untrusting crap. But Derek doesn't deserve to be such a total jerk. He is acting like... weird! First he's all "I'm happy go-lucky!" and then he's "You are running away Meredith, I hate you, Rose is so much better than you. I don't care if I forgot to tell you that I have a wife. Oh, and I forgot to tell you that I kissed a nurse yesterday. Oh- and by the way- I don't care if your dad left you when you were five!" Total freaking jerk. But I feel sorry for Rose. Derek is just going to jerk her around, too. Kiss, I'm in a relationship, dinner date. She will end up hurt in the end, unless she dies, and then she's dead. And I WON'T wait for the next episode. WON'T!

OK, I agree with ALL of you. McThorny relationship is just WRONG and Rose is just a not good thing. I loved the dance party, but in the end we must realize this: dancing is not the answer, drinking is not the answer. Love and happiness is the answer and currently that is not happening.
Next: I heard that there was something about a nasty reason for Bailey's becoming chief resident, and here is my guess (it may sound far fetched...):
Chief, now that his relationship with his wife is OVER, has realized his love for Bailey. He promoted her to chief resident because A) she's great at the job, and B) he wants to keep her busy and away from husband. Soon the relationship between bailey and tucker will be null and void, so Chief can step in as a new romance for Bailey.
OK, now that I type it out it sounds SO stupid... but oh well.
Got to go.
