ok well the second episode of the grey's anatomy 5th season is called Here Comes The Flood according to Wikipedia.org and there is an ice storm in the first episode.

right before derek is about to break up with rose she ends it with him, thats why she said that there is no good way to say this, and why he was struck with awe, but not sadness or anger. And rose just walked away. but of course he was wearing his scrub cap and scrubs, but why would he dress for work if he was just there to break up with her. so she could have said like something different than that or pregnancy thing. if you agree comment and say you do!

It is so derek, but definitely not in the first episode. oh and season 4 of the show had the most viewers in its 4th season so it wasnt doing bad.
