Great ep! I especially like how Mer handled Lexie.

I think this is the best ep we've had in a while! Well, people may not like the sex only Mer/Der, but they're working on it, and Derek is trying so hard. I think it's a good thing. The look Callie gave Izzie in the OR, that was a scorcher!! Yeowch! Man, I'd hate to be in her shoes! And Bailey, she was a hoot. It was nice to see Alex get decked, as often as he's mouthed off to people. Overall, I'd say it was a nice ep. Not quite season 2 material, but way better than season 3. I'll be back for next week!

AH, and I forgot to add -- I love how Mer handled Lexie. Loved it. I can't stand Lexie.
