What I do not get about all this George and Izzie hate is this....have NONE of you married your best friend? Because I did, and thats why George with Izzie makes perfect sense. Nothing is more amazing than marrying your best friend! Also the chemistry is there, the looks they give each other just speak volumes! I makes me all mushy! :P
I like Alex with Lexie, they make sense, but I think its ruined because of the Ava thing (BTW..I know everyone wants them together and I am sure I will be vilified for voicing this but, its kinda sick with her taking off from her hubby and BABY all the time to be having one night stands with Alex don't you think?) Maybe Alex can stop being a man-whore for a while and try being a little more the sensitive that he REALLY tries to hide. I hate the good guy hiding behind the jerk premise..its getting a bit old...
As for Mer/Der, I would love to see them together, but her emotional detachment might make it impossible, I wish it was something that could just be gotten over...but we also have to remember that most shows where the "main character" couple got together for good did not last very long afterward...
Anyways, its seeming like we are not going to see much resolution of issues if any here soon because of the seemingly neverending writer's strike! UGH! I hope it ends soon..I need my weekly Grey's fix!

It really makes no sense if you think about it. Songwriters get royalties each time their song is played, or even a part of the lyrics used, it should be the same for the people who write these shows. The shows would not be possible without the writers and I think most people take that for granted because we do not SEE them on screen. Its great that the actors are supporting the writers because without them there would be no characters or situations to portray.
I am hoping that this is resolved soon because I like everyone else NEED my Thursday Grey's fix!!!!!!!
