But can't we just have the basics AND MerDer? I mean MerDer is the basic element of the show. It is the reason I believe I am so emotionally attached. Yes I know the other characters play a critical role in my attachment as well, but MerDer is what I hold on to most! =/ -

I will agree that Addison changed a lot over the course of the season. After she got over the fact that Meredith was a part of Derek's life, I think she even became likable!
