T.R. Knight Issues Statement on Grey's Anatomy Departure (6/19/2009)
This is the news I was dreading hearing...a confirmation from T.R. himself. I feel like someone ripped my heart out and stomped all over it. The show will not be the same without George. I just can't believe he won't be coming back. I will miss him terribly. I read T.R. Knight is soon going to be in a broadway show so he must be very excited about this new chapter in his life that is just beginning. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors.

Report: Katherine Heigl Will Return to Grey's Anatomy (6/19/2009)
I have to agree with IzzieLover on this. It does not seem credible that Izzie would survive her illness because her cancer is so far advanced. It's just too contrived to be believable that she can recover from stage 4 metastatic cancer that has spread to 4 distant sites. I think her cancer storyline was very well done thus far but it has reached a logical conclusion - staging a miraculous recovery will be a jump-the-shark soap opera moment imo.

I just love her, what a great actress. Wish I had an opportunity to see her in this show!

P*ssed at Shonda...a little bit. (5/28/2009)
I hear ya on this.
In the episodes where Meredith drowned and almost died, she spoke to her mother on the other side (or whatever) who died at the same time. I don't know if it qualifies as a ghost, but it wasnt a hallucination because Meredith knew about her mother's death even though she was unconscious when Ellis died.
The other thing is that when hallucination Denny kept telling Izzie "I am here for you" Izzie did not know she was sick at that point. Why would she hallucinate a grim-reaper type thing if she had no idea she was even sick? That confuses me.
