Addison: Because there was a high profile case that I was needed on....and to beat some sense into Derick for breaking up Meredith for a nurse.
Mark: oh...
Addison: why do you look like someone just ran over your dog.
Mark: ...i thought you might have come back for me.
Addison: not a chance.

Meredith: i want you to know that i'm okay with you dating rose.
Derek: wait….what?? you're okay with me, your knight in shining whatever, dating someone else??
Meredith: yes…im trying this thing called being the mature. You dated me, then i found out you had a wife, then you chose her, then you came back to me when I was with someone else, then we were happy, until i almost died, then we broke up because ‘i was always walking away from you', then we were happy with sex but no dating, until you told me you wanted to build us a house, then i got scared and you left me for Rose who was ready for the house. But i've grown up….so you go date the stupid, boyfriend-stealing, never going to be as popular/well known/good as me. and when you realize that dating a nurse isn't as fun as dating me….you'll come back.
