Two More Grey's Anatomy-Private Practice Crossovers to Come? (10/20/2009)
Amanda, I totally agree with you. That's the exact feeling I had after downloading and watching the PP episode today. It's too much of a coincidence that Sam and Miranda have chemistry and he suddenly turns out to be a cardio surgeon. Also, he's barely had a storyline the last season, he's just there in the background, never doing anything about his life, as Miranda pointed out. Besides, him leaving for Seattle would make room for Naomi coming back to Oceanside. Did anyone else find it sad that Bailey had to cross over to PP to become Bailey again? I miss her old energy on Grey's!

Angela, I agree with your comments about Derek. As to the "very Mer way", isn't it quite possible that it is that she takes off and no one hears from her for a couple of episodes? That way, the whole pregnancy/maternity leave issue would be solved. I agree with everyone who thinks the first double episode will be sad, perhaps the saddest one ever on Grey's. But the fact that sweet, good George is dead will definitely not stop me from watching! There are so many other great characters and stories to look forward to. Personally, I can't wait to see more of Cristina and Owen. I also look forward to see Izzie and Alex try to be together for real, and I would love it if Bailey and her family/work problems could get some more attention this season.

I also like the chief, but I definitely want Adele to stay far, far away from SGH... She's the most annoying character ever to have been on Grey's (even more annoying than Ava/Rebecca and Ghost Denny). I hate how she always tries to manipulate Richard, playing on his guilty feelings because of his affair, not having children and working too much. She knows who he is by now, so she should stop complaining...
