Patrick Dempsey Juggles on Good Morning America

Is there anything the man can't do? Grey's Anatomy star Patrick Dempsey, a hunk of many talents, showed off his juggling skills on ABC's Good Morning America Wednesday.

The Maine native once aspired to be a circus performer in his youth (he's admitted as much), so it's little surprise that he can pull this off, but still, you've gotta love him ...

Grey's Anatomy Set Becoming Baby Central

According to TV Guide Magazine, the set of Grey's Anatomy is becoming quite the family atmosphere. To a point, this goes without saying, given all the recent baby news.

However, producers are reportedly constructing an on-set nursery to accommodate Ellen Pompeo’s 6-week-old Stella, Katherine Heigl’s 1-year-old adopted Naleigh, Chyler Leigh’s 6-month-old  Anniston, and the baby Eric Dane is expecting with wife Rebecca Gayheart.

All those bundles sure make for a happy Grey's Anatomy set.

After the past few years, that sure is a nice thing to hear!

“Ellen is absolutely loving life as a mom and Katie just came back on set with Naleigh, who is absolutely beautiful and precious!,” reports her on-screen sister, Chyler Leigh.

“The babies haven’t met yet, but I’ve heard talks of a nursery coming. For now our trailers have been converted into baby havens. I have been passing on my experience.”

Leigh, while only 27, now has three kids with hubby Nathan West. The recent arrivals were the first for Pompeo and Heigl, and Eric Dane will be welcoming his first as well.

Chyler Leigh and Noah

Grey's Anatomy star Chyler Leigh with adorable son Noah.

But what about plans for the stork to pay a visit to Seattle Grace Mercy West Hospital? Show creator Shonda Rhimes says, disappointingly, “We don’t do babies on Grey’s.”

Aww. Does that really mean no McBaby? Ever?

“I assume Derek wants to be a dad at some point,” says Rhimes, clarifying that Meredith, on the other hand, is probably “not too into babies.” Well, just give it time, right?

In the meantime, what about a mini-Calzona?

Jessica Capshaw, who plays Dr. Arizona Robbins and is the real-life mother of Luke, 2, says, “In my character research, I found a lot of real life pediatric doctors don’t want to have their own children because everyday they see all the horrible things that could happen.”

So maybe not. At least not for awhile.

We can also rule out former cast-member T.R. Knight (George), 36, who just broke things off with his boyfriend, Mark Cornelson, just weeks after the kid was legally able to toast his 21st birthday. Someone pass poor Mark a pacifier of his own!

Five Sneak Previews: "Give Peace a Chance"

Below are five sneak previews of this week's episode of Grey's Anatomy, "Give Peace a Chance." As advertised, it's all about Derek this week, and McDreamy goes rogue.

When Derek learns that an employee is walking around with a spinal tumor that should have killed him, he is determined to operate on Isaac despite very difficult odds.

Here's the two of them discussing the tumor in question ...

Poor Isaac. Good thing Derek is so dedicated, even if the Chief stands in his way. Follow the jump for four more clips from the episode, all about this particular story line:

Grey's Anatomy Spoilers: Cristina and Jackson?

What does the future hold for Cristina and Owen? Are the rumors of Kim Raver joining the cast and wreaking havoc on them true? Let's see what TV Guide says ...

Q: Any news on what's ahead for Cristina and Owen on Grey's Anatomy? I really like them together and don't want Kim Raver's character to break this couple up.

A: Sorry, Lisa, but Raver's Teddy is definitely going to be an obstacle to Crowen. What might surprise you, though, is that Teddy won't be the first bump in the road.

Word is sparks are going to fly between Yang and new Mercy West doc Jackson Avery (Jesse Williams) in the November 5 episode, a week before Teddy scrubs in.

Uh oh.

The future of Owenstina is in doubt. Can they survive these obstacles?

Grey's Anatomy Spoilers: Alex, Izzie and Jackson

What's the latest with Izzie and Alex? And is there any romantic story line coming for a certain hunky new addition to the cast? Here's what E! Online has to say about both topics ...

Q: I can't believe Izzie left Alex on Grey's Anatomy! Will they get back together soon?

A: All we can say is that Izzie will be back soon. Katherine Heigl is back on the set of Grey's Anatomy this week, along with fellow new mom and cast member Ellen Pompeo.

But no promises about an Alex-Izzie reunion.

I mean, if you were Alex, you'd be pretty pissed at Izzie right about now, wouldn't you? Hmmm, maybe Sarah Drew should move in for the kill (if she didn't get fired, that is).

Jesse Williams Pic

New Grey's Anatomy cast member Jesse Williams.

Q: That new doctor from Mercy West with the green eyes on Grey's Anatomy is so hot. Is he going to have a Seattle Grace romance any time soon?

A: Dr. "Beautiful Green Eyes" is still on the market, Jesse Williams himself dished. "Jackson's about working and just kind of being really effective and not being involved in the business of 'he said, she said' and backstories and stuff," the Grey's Anatomy addition said.

However, he is quick to add: "But who are we kidding? It's Grey's Anatomy. I'm sure there is something around the corner. I'm just waiting to hear."

Besides yourself, ladies, who do you want to see Jackson with?

On this week's episode of Grey's Anatomy, Derek must help save the hospital's own lab technician, Isaac, when it turns out that he has an inoperable tumor surrounding his spine.

McDreamy finds himself juggling two things at once as he also questions Richard's authority.

"Give Peace a Chance" is Chandra Wilson's directorial debut, and has Patrick Dempsey's character front and center throughout. Click to enlarge photos from the episode below ...

Grey's Anatomy Moms Return to Work

The Grey’s Anatomy cast has been shaken up a lot in recent weeks, but things have returned to normal as Ellen Pompeo and Katherine Heigl returned to work on the show this week.

“They’re back at work and everyone’s happy to see them,” says a source.

Pompeo, who welcomed her first child, Stella Luna Pompeo Ivery on September 15, won’t be absent from any episodes, thanks to the production team’s planning and pre-taping.

After adopting 10-month-old baby Naleigh on September 10 - and taking five weeks off to film the romantic comedy Life As We Know It - Heigl also returned to the set this week.

Heigl’s character, Izzie Stevens, will return to Seattle Grace in the episode airing November 12, the same episode where guest star Kim Raver will begin her stint on the show.

Expecting!A Katherine Heigl, Josh Kelley Pic

Ellen Pompeo just had a baby, while Katherine Heigl just adopted one.

No word on whether or not Stella and Naleigh have come to work with their moms yet, but if Chyler Leigh’s experience with five-month-old Anniston is any indication, they’re welcome.

“My trailer is overtaken by kid stuff. Anniston has a chair, diapers, wipes, formula, toys,” Leigh said. “Justin [Chambers] crowned [Anniston] baby Elvis because of her mohawk!”

Chyler's baby, born this summer, was her third.

One thing is for sure - soon Anniston, Naleigh and Stella will have a new playmate: Eric Dane and his wife Rebecca Gayheart are expecting their first child together next year.

Talk about a family-friendly set!

Leven Rambin to Guest on Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice

Former All My Children star Leven Rambin has landed a recurring role on both Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice, according to Soap Opera Digest. She'll appear later this year.

No word on who the 19-year-old will be playing, but presumably it will be the same character on both series. Another crossover in the works, perhaps? Theories and thoughts?

Leven Rambin played Ava Benton on All My Children from 2004-2008.

Grey's Anatomy Promo: "Give Peace a Chance"

Below is the first promo for next week's episode of Grey's Anatomy, "Give Peace a Chance." The new episode will in fact air next week, despite previous reports of it being a repeat.

The tension we've seen building between Derek and the Chief all season long heats up in a big way next week when Derek wants to do a risky surgery to save a SGH lab technician.

All we've got to say is that we're excited for a Derek-centric episode, and happy that at least someone has been standing up to the Chief, who seems like he's steering a sinking ship.

Check out the promo below and see what you think ...

Grey's Anatomy Caption Contest CLXXXI

Welcome to the 181st Grey's Anatomy Insider Caption Contest.

We received a number of great submissions, as is the case every week. This week's winner is Lauren. Congratulations! The winning entry now appears below.

Thanks to all for playing and good luck again this week ...

Cralexie

Alex: So, how's it going with April? Bad mood? Good mood? "Crap, I almost killed a patient" mood?
Lexie: Uh, I think it's more "I hate sitting in a hall waiting to be yelled at" mood.
Cristina: Well, for what it's worth, I take issue with their orange colored scrubs. I mean, what self-respecting surgeon wears orange colored scrubs?
Lexie: This is what I'm saying.
