Derek is checking an x-ray with Lexie and Cristina. Derek sends Cristina away. Meredith introduces Norman to Mark. Callie is lost in space.

3. Kim Richey, "The Absence Of Your Company"
Camille tells Richard, Adele, and her mom Arlene that she is done fighting the cancer and just wants to go home for her final days.

4. Yeah Yeah Yeahs, "Rockers To Swallow"
George runs off to stop the fight. Izzie prepares to fight Callie. High noon arrives and Callie his humiliated by the scene in the cafeteria.

5. Meiko, "Hawaii"
Richard and Camille talk about her cancer, and Uncle Richard agrees to send her home. Callie refuses Izzie's apology.

6. John Legend, "Sun Comes Up"
Derek has a serious conversation with Meredith. Lexie thanks Cristina. Alex brings Izzie tissues. Callie sits alone and cries.
