George begins passing out the forms. Lexie and Meredith are hesitant to fill them out. Rose tells George she will be needing one after all.

Alex has his temperature taken prior to Mrs. Marshall's surgery. Meredith wheels Darren into surgery and notices Todd waiting in the hall.

Meredith tells Derek she can watch Darren on her own. Callie wants to have sex, but Mark is strangely not in the mood.
