   well, i'm not sure when where exactly they are but they have to be close to the hospital cuz its the episode where they have the guy whose been asleep for 16 years its and extended take i believe too, so i'm not entirely sure where but its gotta be just outside the hospital somewhere

   I'm fairly certain it's the Experience Music Project. It's this museum in Seattle that's really close to the space needle.

   It's definitely the Experience Music project here's a pic of it from the top of the Space Needle, the part you are seeing in your picture is at the bottom of my picture
