I hate this guy. Deal with your crap outside of the hospital. He is the primary reason this is happening. I mean, I know that if Derek would have been the new chief, it would have been a whole new can of worms and he may have been required to make cuts to his peers...but this guy is such an unprofessional!!

I like him. I like the way he apologized to Meredith. I understand that he fought for what he worked and offered his whole life. But I can not understand why the sudden his job wasn't sure anymore. Like blink and oh my god the whole situation changed. It's crap.
