I think I was wrong after looking at the other pic's Lexie's party hat has Happy Birthy on it. So I bet it was Marks Birthday. And I hope Callie was the singing and dancing telagram. Now that would be awsome.

Um she has donuts... that's what I am guessing is on the plate. So I would say crappy day for AZ.

It's Arizona's Birthday her patient gives it away in the sides for this episode. I guess it could be Mark's birthday too, but if Callie was a singing telegram for Mark Lexie would totally lose it, not stay and celebrate. It's def Arizona's birthday & I really don't think it's Mark's at all since there's the one picture that looks like everyone is staring at the door and saying surprise and what not & he is in the picture. The only one not in that picture is Arizona.

That is what I've decided too after looking at the pics that it is her birthday. This has about drove me crazy trying to figure it out. LOL!!! How lucky is AZ? She has donuts and Callie. I hope this is after the b-day party and AZ gets to have a bite of both. LOL!!! Now that would be a b-day to remember.
