We're huge fans of the entire Grey's Anatomy cast, but if we had to pick a favorite, Ellen Pompeo would get the nod! She's funny, honest, talented and down-to-earth.

I loved her Louboutin booties at that event. Shes always so gorgeous. She never seems to age at all. I LOVE HER.
