I think she is talking about the father and of course the wedding what it should be like and that. Also I see a big fight coming on becasue of the famous I want this but you want that.

i dont think there fighting cuz derek is concentrating on what she's saying
and she looks like she is babbling about something else
prob. the chief or lexie or her dadd.
mer always looks like she's mad with her hand movements and stuff lol =p

She is just rambling, and he is just listening, traditional MerDer moments..what concerns me most is his hair!! It is GONE!! I mean he is still hott as ever but I really miss the hair that is just above the neck of the labcoat!!
