I think it would be an interesting approach if Sydney is made the Chief Resident. The gang would be in their third-year of residency and wouldn't need that much interaction with Heron accept for surgical-assignments, which can be done off-screen.

Sydney is an interesting character. She's a very competent and capable general surgeon, but she's also sort of Bailey's polar opposite.

Haha, you are so right. She is Bailey's polar opposite. Well, we don't know any other candidates who could potentially be Chief Resident, so... Sydney is actually the only choice. I loved her interaction with Cristina, and all "healing with love" when she first showed up.

Although I don't like her approach to doing stuff... She is just too cheerful. :)))
