1 - Alex and Izzie. Iz really brings out the best in Alex, it's just a shame that he seems to love her a hell of a lot more than she loves him. Still my favourite though :)

2 - Mer/Der. You really can't go wrong with these two.

3 - Lexie/George. I loved this pairing.

4 - Cristina/Burke. It was fun while it lasted.

5 - Callie/George. This was also great in the beginning.

6 - Callie/Arizona. Too cute for words

7 - Mark/Lexie.

8 - Izzie/Denny

9 - Mer/Finn

10 - Derek/Rose

I don't know if I can get 10 (some relationships on Grey's I just hated):

1. Meredith and Derek

2. Cristina and Burke

3. Callie and Mark - they were really funny together to me.

4. Izzie and Denny

5. George and Callie

6. Addison and Derek - I started off hating Addie, but after an episode or two, I loved her!

7. Owen and Cristina

8. Callie and Arizona - it's starting to grow on me.

9. Alex and Izzie - especially in some of the earlier seasons where there was a lot of back and forth between them. Izzie is a just plain old mean now.

I'm so close!! I can't think of anymore relationships I like. Oh wait!

10. Joe and his boyfriend - I think they're super cute. Are they still together?
