Rose needs to die. Meredith needs to learn that Derek is a once-in-a-lifetime catch, and that she can't just let him go like a fish. Mer also needs to learn that Derek wants a relationship with her. yeah, maybe mer has to move on, I mean, I remember one episode of the third season, i think it was Desire (nº21), in which Derek told her that He didn't know if he wanted to "keep breathing" for her, in a way that he meant, if he was unsure he still wanted to keep looking after her like he did before. I dunno, i do belive in true love and the obvious fact that Mer/Der are undoubtlesly soulmates, but maybe it is time to move on... i guess it'll be sad to look der with someone else, and same for mer, but that's it.

Derek had the chance to tell Meredith why his interview for Chief didn't go well when she asked about it. Instead, he said, "Nothing". She asked him on a scale of 1 to 10, how bad was it and he said 8. She kissed him and it kept going down to 7, etc. He had an opening to explain his feelings, and let it pass. She is not the only one to keep all of her feelings inside. He does it too. The love those two share is a deep forever kind of love. They need to start talking to each other...one can only hope that sometime soon it will happen
