Why is it that Cristina is always the one helping everyone else with their problems and no one but Mer is there for her??? I sort of get it because I'm like that, but this is some what different.
It just seems to me that non of the writers care about Cristina's emotional state of mind either. We fans know Shonda does not give a darn.
I just don't understand how you can write about EVERYONE else's problems and NOT ADDRESS Cristina's. She had something devastating happen to her TWICE in her life and, you writers act like NOTHING is going on with her.
Every character in this cast that has had a problem Cristina has been there for them in some sort of way, What's up with that???
So, the first episo/ april 24th Cristina is helping Bailey?? I don't have a problem with her helping Bailey ( Cristina has a kind heart Thanks to Burke) I'm just wondering when some one on this writing team or what ever you people call yourselves, will finally admit you have just Royally mess up in your writing for Cristina.So I'm asking WHEN,WHEN are you writers going to MAKE IT RIGHT for Cristina???

I so agree with you and also wonder why they do not care about Christia. I do not want to see she only behaves as the best Dr., but I really miss her acting like a spoiled child(although only sometimes, but really warm and heartful). Of cause, thanks to Burke.

I too miss the Cristina who is spoiled, and has this most energetic funny side that is just SOoo hilarious. The Cristina who will tell someone the truth even if their feelings get hurt. (or) that it may not be the most appropriate time to be truthful. I really miss Cristina in surgery. She Rocks in the OR. I just Really Miss the Cristina we all LOVE .
Remember when she told burke this is the only place I can think clearly. Damn, I miss that.!!
I've been thinking about Greys for the past few days. I have to admitt I am really looking forward to seeing Cristina/Mer. Alex/Ava, Mark,the Chief,Callie and Bailey.

The info is listed in the description of the episo for 4/24/08. It just says Cristina helps Bailey with Marital Problems. Which I don't mind, I just want Cristina to start helping herself, since the writers feel that she is unimportant.
I love Bailey so she is about the only person at this point that I can stand Cristina helping. I love Meredith too for loving Cristina and accepting her the way she does, but I really can't take Cristina helping Meredith because I truly see them as equally challenged in terms of intimacy/emotions and relationships and sometime Cristina has appeared worse to me, so I find it total bullshit when Cristina is constantly written to be helping Meredith on this front. Why? Because they write it as if Cristina does not have the same freaking issues.
Now if in helping Miranda Cristina ends up being forced to reflect on her relationship with Burke then I will be even more pleased with this interaction. I very much remember how close it appeared that Cristina and Miranda were when this began, it was like Miranda was Cristina's mentor and somewhere along the lines of Tremorgate and even before that, that all disappeared. I really noticed the distance especially when Bailey started handholding the likes of George and izzie, not that I can complain about her support when George's father died but for the rest of his bullshit issues as well as Izzie's forget about it.

Miju, I love Cristina /Bailey together. Bailey has always had Cristina's back even when she fusses with her. The residents are her children that she raised and nurtured. She always wants the best for them. I loved how she was on Mer in season 1/2 re: Der, but at the time trying to shield her from the fall out in that relationship.
I NEVER understood why Shonda/Co REFUSED to allow Bailey or the Chief to show compassion for Cristina in that same way. After all this time I have come to the conclusion that Shonda really HATES Cristina. What I can't seem to get a fix on is, was this HATE there BEFORE season 3 or is this BECAUSE of season 3 ???? Just wondering!!!
It's always in the back of my mind, that since Shonda NEVER saw Sandra O's talent. It must have really floored her to see how magical Cristina/Burke relationship was. And how the fan base for them was just as strong as Mer/Der's. I believe her resentment of Cristina/Burke started early on. And she is still angry about how we fans LOVE them so much. Since we all here know Shonda NEVER wanted Cristina/Burke to out shine Mer/Der, she did what she thought was the only way out of all this popularity was to shut them down.( I'm wondering how that's working for her NOW!!!)
Only problem with that , it affected the numbers of the fan base. Short of bringing Burke back NOTHING she can do (or )will do will change that.
