Hey Hafsa, Happy to hear from you. Miss you a bunch. I just saw an preview of grey's and Mer is telling Der she cannot trust him and his reply is "Do you want to be in this relationship"? Well I just about fell out of bed.What kind of response is that?The more I think about it, Ellis was right. Ellis grey lived in her own world and did things her way, but she was right about one thing Der is not the man for Mer. in season 3 when Der went to talk to her during her hosp. stay. And she read him the riot act about Mer. She was right. I am so sick and tired of Der and his arrogant self righeous attitude. He has worked my last nerve. I'm tired of him pushing Mer to be the woman he wants her to be by any means necessary. Never mind her problems and issues.In stead of working with her he is dragging her to where he wants her to be. That scene pissed me off. If I were her I would have taken a swing at him. How dare he! He is no McDreamy, right about now he is a nightmare!!! I feel like he is giving her an ultimatum, like he is saying It's me NOW or NEVER. ( I hate ultimatums) I could just slap his face right now.!!! I really need Mer to be strong and let some of Ellis's personality show. It's time for her to stand on her own now and show him she will not allow him to brow beat her into anything. Hey girls! how is everyone? GLORIA!!! WELCOME BACK! We missed u so much!! I completely agree with what u said about Sandra Oh and I would care less if it were Katie Heigl who wanted to leave the show actually I hope she leaves the show! So about the show tonight omg I HATE IZZIE!!!!!!!!!!! what is with her and hating Cristina so much I guess shes just jealous because Cristina is so much better then her at everything! it was funny when Izzie was saying about the robot and then Cristina made that robot noise and its funny cause Cristina is so not a robot anymore like what she did for Bailey holding her sons hand was the sweet emotional side we used to see alot of from Cristina last season with Burke, I loved that when Hahn asked her if she wanted to finish the surgery and Cristina was talking to tucker saying u'll be ok and stuff it was so cute and so nice of her! So Izzie is so wrong Cristina is not a robot! I think Cristina looks up to Bailey alot which is why she helps her out so much I think Cristina is a lot like Bailey. What else umm I hate Izzie oh wait I said that lol aww Georges mom I love her I loved how she told George off and I felt so bad for Callie when she was talking to Georges mom I like Callie, I still hate Hahn I hate the way she talks to Cristina I hated the way she talked to bailey her and Izzie are in my least fav characters list! lol I felt so bad for Bailey omg when she was crying and Derek was hugging her I was like awww I just wanted to give her a hug to! Derek was so nice to her! but I am so glad that Tucker is ok I just hope Baileys marriage is ok! I hated Alex tonight especially at the end when he was saying to izzie about how she can be better then Cristina at Cardio which is crap because no one is better then Cristina! So did not like him at all tonight. ok Merder OMG NOOOOOOO!!! what is wrong with Shonda Rhimes seriously does she love ruining every relationship on the show first it was merder with addy then denny and izzie (thats when I liked izzie) Burke and Cristina, Callie and George and now Merder again!!! I really thought they were going to be together but it doesn't look like it I wish they could just be together because that nurse is soo annoying! So I guess Merder are done now and I wonder if its for good! :( that was funny when Mer made breakfast and then lexie got a rash and stuff! overall it was not the greatest episode it was ok I felt so bad for Bailey and Chandra Wilson totally deserves and award for that awsome performance! she is totally a scene stealer and I am so happy she won that peoples choice award!Posted 1/10/2008 1:00:00 AM #

hi everyone i hope you are all keeping well and a happy new year everyone. well, i for one, thoroughly enjoyed thursdays show. i feel excited again. i think the chase / longing will be back on again between mer/der. i think thats why season 1, 2 and beginning of season 3 was more successful. the plot just went downhill after that. if the writers strike was over soon would they make any more grey's, does anyone know?, or would we have to wait until september regardless. im really enjoying dr hahn. she has some great lines. wasn't mrs o'malley just so sweet. i enjoyed both her conversations with callie, the first with the baby clothes and then callie telling her about vegas in the wedding chapel and not so sure if God was there. one thing i did think that they got wrong was the whole catholic storyline. mrs o'malley is a strict catholic. coming from holy, catholic Ireland, (i say that tongue in cheek). as they got married in vegas and not in a catholic church their marriage would not be recognised so mrs o'malley needn't be worrying so much!!! for once in a long time, izzie did not annoy me, and i didn't find it objectionable that alex/izzie may have a future. originally i liked ava, in season 3, but now the chemistry doesn't seem to be the same between ava and alex. the spark is gone. im not sure if the writers even know where they were going with that one. i think george and lexie will make great room mates. i'm wondering if they will end up together. i thought that from the first time they met in the locker room. shonda proved yet again that you cant have it all with the bailey/tucker storyline. i know a lot of people dont agree with shonda, but personally, i do agree you cant have it all. you cant have your cake and eat it. do you have that expression over there??? if i was tucker, i would be really fed up with bailey also. if the roles were reversed and i was at home all day and never saw my partner, whose life revolved around their job, i would not be one bit happy. cristina is not getting any storylines. its as if they dont know what do to with her since burke left. speaking of burke. bionic woman started over here on wednesday night. the actress who plays the lead is very well known over here. she was in a programme called eastenders for a few years, it is a very successful soap which has been running for over 20 years. i missed part of it, but i dont think burke is in the first episode. private practice is starting sometime soon and desperate housewives started last tuesday. everyone was really excited to find out what happened to edie. what are we going to do now, with no more grey's. i am going to miss all the speculation and spoilers. hopefully the writers strike will be resolved soon and we can look forward to recommencing out chats. best wishes to you all.Posted 1/12/2008 1:00:00 AM #

Hi everyone hope you are all having a good time. Grey’s was ok, i enjoyed it but for some reasons i toke what Derek did to Meredith really personal and unforgivable. I just don’t get why he thinks he is the victim in this r/ship. At the beginning of the epi. he was telling Sloan that 'why does it always has to be about the destination? That why can’t it be about the journey?' Hello? That is exactly what is happening b/w him and mer. He wants to reach the destination and fast she on the other hand is still on the journey. I also read somewhere that Rose maybe staying longer than 7 epis. I always kind of knew Shonda will find a way to make her a regular eventually. Somehow i just can’t see my self even remotely liking that woman. Everything about her annoys the crap out of my life. Plus i hate the color of her uniform. Does that mean Derek is going to continue with the house plan with rose in mind? Irish -you are right; the writers don’t know what to do with Christina's character anymore, which is just a terrible waste of talent. I also hate the way Hahn treats Christina, what’s up with her? And what exactly is her problem? Why it that the writers always kind of find a way to make Meredith look stupid? How is it possible that she doesn’t know how to make omelet? For a girl who practically grew up on her own, she should be an expert in making them. Gloria -how are you? Hope you are having a great time. Rose- hope you are ok. cristina is not getting any storylines. its as if they dont know what do to with her since burke left. And I CANNOT UNDERSTAND THIS AT ALL. I really can't get why they do not know what to do with this character, the only thing I have ever come up with is that one, Shonda does NOT see this character the way I do and two, she does not care about the character. Wait till Joshua Jackson arrives, Shonda is intent on getting him into Cristina's bed, is that all that idiot is intent on. I don't care to see anyone in Cristina's bed if it's just going to be about sex and games, and I feel this is all in the end, Shonda wants to see Cristina do. Now in this past episode it appeared like all the characters were at a crossroads but do you honestly believe we will see writing to seriously address this when and if this show ever resumes? HELL NO, I will be tortured yet again with Izzie and my dear Cristina fighting over Joshua Jackson's character because that is all juvenile, talentless Shonda can think of. He'll be the new so called hot doctor and she'll just have to have women fighting over him and she'll just have to use him to continue the fighting or snipiness between Cristina and Izzie. He's supposed to be for Cristina but I'll be in shock if Izzie won't have some play in it. Cristina CANNOT have anything just for herself. I love Meredith but it annoyed me to know end that most of the dialogue regarding who was most affected by Burke leaving Crisitna at the altar was focused on Meredith. WTF?! SERIOUSLY? I don't need to hear Derek talking about how Cristina getting left at the altar affects Meredith, it was ridiculous to me, just infuriating. I have no doubt that Cristina/ SO will NEVER get any storyline without some other female character who Shonda thinks needs all the attention all the time honing in on it. I am happy they are on strike and may it go on indefinitely if CRAP continues to end up on the writers pages for Cristina. I don't care for this show to ever return if this is what they are going to do with Cristina. She is the one who should be having the storyline with the baby, I said once, twice and will continue to say it. I have no idea what angle they are going to play with this Joshua Jackson guy but I have no doubt with Shonda at the helm it won't have any depth to it.Posted 1/12/2008 1:00:00 AM #
