hello ladies,
sorry, i had a funny week so didn't get around to posting. will talk to you all in a while about your travels and posts etc.
anyway, can you believe it, i downloaded the episode in less than 5 hours!!!!! a miracle if ever there was one!!! and of course i've watched it. i asked children were they hungry or were they alright a while, to which they answered they were alright a while!!!!! as if it would have made a difference hee hee hee!!! anyway, they big and ugly enough to cook their own food at this stage!!!
well, what did you all think of the episode???
i enjoyed it, i didn't think it was anything amazing, but i think those days are well and truly gone. i'm just taking it as it comes and will watch regardless.
i was surprised at the lack of activity on the board last night and i was quite apprehensive about watching.
where will i begin ....
mer/der - same old, same old!!!! and not enough!!! good to see therapist back again. she was able to see straight through cristina.
alex, obviously has the hots for izzie and perhaps is going to do something about it at last???
think the scenes i enjoyed the most were, surprisingly, mark and lexie. there is a definite chemistry between them. i think he has taken a shine to her.
poor izzie, i can understand why she feels she has no-one. that was terrible what cristina did taking the apartment, although i dont think it was intentional. i can see izzie and alex wanting to move out anyway, to give mer/der some privacy. especially if derek is going to be swaggering around only wearing a pillow!!!
callie and erica, very subtle, which i think is good. although i know this is a terrible thing to say, and if you cant speak good about someone dont say anything at all, but ..... erica's make up is atrocious. her lipsticks are awful.
the chief is still on a roll, although i think he may start to calm down now.
bailey was bailey, nothing new to report there.
ok, that's my synopsis of grey's!!! roll on next week!!!

hi girls, burktina, i feel your pain, i just typed a really long post and when i hit reply it came up guests cannot post, but i was logged in!!!!! its not the first time its happened either!!!! im feeling really sorry for myself now.

rose, thanks for asking, daughter doing well thank god. could have been a lot more serious, will need one or two more hospital visits. didn't meet any mc dreamys or mc steamys!!!!
rose, where you live in michigan sounds idyllic. men in trees, how romantic, im envious!!!! are you helping with wedding plans or letting them get on with it???
dinofigg, yes i have been to LA. i visited 2 years ago and liked it so much visited again last november for a week. i met usher, heidi klum and i was outside patrick dempsey's house!!!
so funny, you guys go to europe on holidays and i go to the states!!!!
burktina, idina menzl, apologies if spelling wrong. anyway, i was watching tv this morning and she is going to be interviewed on a show on monday morning. i have put a reminder on my phone to watch so i will know who you are speaking about from now on. i saw wicked when we visited london last year. i loved it. although it was very embarrassing, i just couldn't hold back the tears!!!!
dinofigg, gloria, what parts of europe have you visited. i have been to all those countries you mentioned but what cities, places did you visit??? you should come to ireland next time. we could talk grey's non-stop and not be embarrassed. no-one to tell us we are mad!!!!

Hey girls!!! Sorry I didn;t post last night but I was sooo tired after I watched ER so I went to bed! lol
So heres my Greys rundown again! lol
I'll start with Merder... That was funny when Derek was measuring Izzies room and was like I'm going to make it into an office! lol hes so cute! lol But anyways I am glad Meredith actually sttod up to him and said I like my roomates and I don't want them moving out and Derek just said ok, aww and then when Mer was like do you still love me? that was cute! I think Alex and Izzie will eventually move out together, omg I actually felt kinda bad for Izzie when Cristina and Callie stole that apartment she wanted! and then when she said she had no one its kinda true cause I mean her and George don't seem to be as good of friends anymore, and then Cristina and Mer are friends, and Alex keeps being an ass! but I think eventually Alex will realize he still likes Izzie and I think theres going to be a love story there! back to Merder umm I really think Meredith still needs therapy because like Cristina said about her pain she walks around like an 8 and Derek doesn't get that, So Mer has come a long long way but she still needs to go to therapy because its helped her so much like moving on with Derek letting him move in! But I hope Cristina is wrong about what she thinks is going to happen to Merder I don't want them to break up I am hoping that they become stronger then they ever were before!
So Cristina, ok first I need to say where was her hot McArmy doc?!! lol I hope hes back soon cause the chemistry between them was AMAZING!!! omg I loved the scene in the cafeteria where Cristina was like my pain threshold is like a 3 at all times and then Alex hits her! and the he hits George and Mer that was so funny that scene actually reminded me of a scene from season 1 or 2 the old funny greys scenes! what else um was it just me or was Hahn actually nice to Cristina in that one scene??! whats with that? lol I liked how Cristina told Derek off telling him not to use her and tell mer that she would kick out her roomates! I think Cristina is very upset that she can't say anything to Meredith about her and Derek Meredith wants her to support her and tell her that her and Derek will be fine but thats not how Cristina is she just wants to yell at her like she did last time. But I liked the scene where Cristina went into the therapist office and shes like u must be Cristina and shes like she talks about me!? lol and I think it is kinda true that Cristina is afraid of losing Mer to Derek but Meredith would never do that Cristina is her best friend in the entire world and I don't think any of them would let a man get between them! Cristina understands Meredith I think more then anyone she understands her pain and she knows like everything shes gone through and like Cristina said Derek doesn't know that her pain threshold is at like an 8 everyday but Cristina does, and don't get me wrong Derek knows a lot about Mer and understands her to but just in a different way, I don't think he sees how hard that was for Meredith to like stand up to him about the roomate situation but Cristina does! Well I guess thats why Cristina is Mers person, and Mer is Cristinas person cause Mer totally understands Cristina, like when she was upset last season about Burke and she was singing the only person who could get her to stop was Mer! I think thats all about Cristina I am sure I will think of something else! lol
Poor George not being able to write his testall day! that was so funny when he was like everything is perfect and then the ceiling starts leaking! lol I think him and Lexie would be cute together I am actually not hating Lexie this seaso so far she was annoying lats year wanting Mer to like her but so far shes not as annoying. I really think that something is going to happen between her and Mcsteamy especially after that scene at the bar! Bailey was so funny telling chief about the poop water, and it turns out Bailey was right which she totally loved but it was funny the chief was being so stupid and Bailey was so right all along! lol I don't like the chief right now hes meaner this season I like the old chief! lol
Ok so Callie and Erica, I mean I have nothing against that type of way but really I don't want to see them together like Callie was married I never would have thought that she would like women! its just weird seeing them like talking about it and stuff. OMG Mcsteamy was soooo funny when he walked in and was like what are u going to feel her up? and then Hahn left and Callie started throwing stuff at him! that was a funny scene! Oh well, I kind of had a feeling they were going to do that with Hahns character when she came in becuase I remember reading I think on here that maybe they would make one of the girls her love interest and Sandra Oh said she was a good kisser cause they did a movie together where they had to kiss! omg I am so glad they didn't make Cristina Hahns love interest because I don't think I could have handled that I mean she goes from Burke the amazing hot guy to Hahn! lol
Anyways it was a good episode last night I idn't like it as much as the premier but it was pretty good! I am so wanting that hot Kevin McKidd to come back soon! does anyone know when he will be back on? I can't wait to see him again!!! :)

irish - LA is pretty different than Europe huh? I've never met anyone famous in my whole life...and you met usher?! i love him!!! lucky you! oh jeeze i went just about everywhere in europe. uh, i went to barcelona, venice, paris, rome, madrid, london, amsterdam, prague...much more, my brain is dead right now though lol! i'm hoping to go to ireland sometime soon, maybe after i graduate.
bf - totally agree about the whole cristina hahn thing! i'm so glad that she isnt the love interest & mckidd is :) ! i mean, who in their right mind would go from burke the amazingly hot & classy man to hahn? no thanks lol!

hi all, i read that army guy is coming back in 5.05 so only one more episode without him. he is definitely in 5.06.
i see grey's was way down in the ratings. that's disappointing.
dinofigg, i've visited all those cities also. i love going on city breaks for a few days. yes europe is very different to the states.
we met usher on sunset strip. we were just walking along minding our own business and his entourage, about 3 huge vehicles pulled up in front of the mondrian hotel and blocked our path!!! he stepped out of the last vehicle with his wife. i said hello to him but he didn't answer me!!! the cheek of him!!! i think he was a bit startled and that maybe i shouldn't have been as close to him as i was. body guards not doing their jobs!!!
i met steve tyler from aerosmith in boston last december!!! he was sitting at the next table in a restaurant we were in. he was very nice and let us take our photos with him!!!
hey hafsa, are you out there??? have you seen the latest episode yet??? are you watching the x factor. can't get kids to bed until they see the results show at 10.00. just as well its a saturday night.

all good here, we went to see "get smart" this afternoon. its been on for ages but only just geting to see it now. i thought it was really funny and the kids were falling around the place laughing!!!
high school musical 3 starting in 10 days and new james bond movie week after so happy days!!!
ok, id better do some ironing. dont want kids looking like rag bags going to school in the morning!!!

Irish how are you and the kids?.......hope your daughter is feeling much now......so i watched epi 3 and i enjoyed it.....though like you said there was nothing spectacular about it, all the same its grey's........
Do you really think cristina is afraid of loosing mer to derek?......i think she just cant stand the man lol!....der better watch his back.I love all the scenes with mer and her shrink, she is right mer still has a long way to go. I think Alex and Izzie will eventually happen, its just a matter of time. I cannot belive i am saying this but i felt sorry for Izzie, whatever happened to the group? I am ok with Lexie, but i think she is starting to get more screen time than the other regulars, which is starting to upset me........i dont know what Shonda intends to do with her and sloan, but i think she is way too young for him( thats if they are going in that direction). Even if George passes his exams, what difference will it make?
I was just thinking the other day....why exactly did shonda killed off Ellis Grey?.......there are thousands of storylines she would have done with her, plus the woman is an amazing actress.
