    Hey Rose, Irish, Hafsa, How is everyone doing today??

    I 'm in the middle of picking out an outfit to wear to a dinner/theatre. Have six laying out and can't chose. Rose,,,thanks for the kind words about my Mer/Der sceneio. I know Shonda does not do happy unless threaten by ABC. bUT, it would be wonderful for her to think outside the box at least for all of us that have been here since day one. to make season 5 finale thru season 7 our favorite couples last hurrah I don't think I'm asking for to much. At least the show would go out on top with high ratings. but, then again ,that's just me..

    Rose,

    Why would you all think that Stephen McPherson would help?? He is the same Jackass that had it in for IW and he did some sneaky thinks to make sure IW would not get another Job in television. Mcpherson went all out to try and destroy IW. He is not even a human being. He is a snake jusk like KH. He cannot be trusted on any level. You all would have done better sending the info to the top DISNEY!!!  I really don't think disney knows what the excs. at Greys are doing.

    When you have to deal with  idiots like them, you have to work around them. They don't know their A_ _  from a hole in the ground. Sad but, true.

    I too miss MIT that show is better than PP. I heard that they are changing Kate's duties at the clinic for more surgeries. and she will be at the hospital more. Well, if that's the case she could have stayed at SGH.

    All this tells me is that the concept for PP was NEVER really thought out. Give me strength!!!

    Since Betsy is now the excu..for PP will Shonda spend more time on Greys. Since past experience showed her working on both at the same time didnot do to well. Season 3-4 can atest to that. ( I know Shonda would NEVER admit to that)

    Hiya everyone,

    I am still hoping Shonda will continue the good work after the last five epis...so fingers crossed.

    Gloria- wow….what a brilliant idea!......mer with kids lol! I cant help but picture her running up and down the house with one of the kids…… which dress did you end up choosing in the end?

    Irish- you really do know how to have fun with the kids……..do be careful with that ladder though.

    Rose- how have you been?.....i kind of have a summer job now…….which is very tiring and demanding sometimes, plus I joined an arts class to improve my painting skills……I love every minute of it.

    I had forgotten about the SAG strike, until the news media spoke about it this evening.  It looks like there will be a strike. These negot.  have really been quite. I was told by a friend that the high profile stars don't want to be on the picket lines like they were for the Guild the last time. Since many of the actors are members of both unions, they don't want to appear that they are  for a strike. Also , something about the SAG agency and the Alliance or the Guild having some  disagreements about $$. Not sure what that is about. 

    Just wondering how this will effect filming the show and doing the read thru??

    Oh well, guess we will know something by tomorrow.

    Okay, I have to say haven't a thing about the strike. Don't know who's on first or second.

    Just heard that Season opener Sept 25th will be 2 hrs long.  And Shonda is writing the entire thing. Somebody any body PLEASE TELL me Mer/Der will have one of MANY LOVE SCENES  for at least 30 minutes in this 2 hr show. I have been so worked up about their relationship these past few weeks. Last nite I started watching season 1 from the beggining. I was up till 2:00 am watching this show. Tonite I'm going to finish season 1 and start watching season 2.

    That scene where Burke gives Cristina coffee and says it's just coffee, well I just cried. And when she went to him in the on call room and locked the door and said thanks for the coffee. Well I was just heart broken. I thought I could some how watch this and not get all emotional, Boy was I wrong. ( Did I mention I had  a pitcher of Margarita's) I just love, love how these romatic relationships started.

    I really need to go on holiday!!!  I also watched a movie last nite with Sandra Oh and Robin Williams It was great. Dark and mysterious, the acting was outstanding.

     

    Everyone that celebrates the fourth of July have a safe and fun Holiday. Hope to talk to you all soon.

    hello everyone,

    how are you all???

    nobody has been on for a while.  im wondering is there a problem with the site.  i wasn't able to get on the site for the past 4 days.  then i got onto the site using firefox and got on no problem.  i cant get into the site the way i usually would though, through google.

    hope you all had a good 4th of july celebration.

    i was in munich in germany during the week and i met lots of americans.  i could hear more american accents than german ones!!!

    great to hear that season 5 premiere will be a 2 hour special.  hopefully most of the show will be mer/der all loved up!!!

    private practice is getting good reviews over here.  we've seen 2 episodes now and im enjoying it.  i think rose will be introduced into the next episode of grey's that we will see on tuesday, boo hoo!!!

    i forgot to say, patrick dempsey is on the front cover of german cosmopolitan magazine.  he was looking very hot and tasty and i noticed how slim he looks, i read the article as best as i could.  my german is far from 100%, anyway the article was one page long and about "made of honor" which is being premiered over there. nothing in it that we didn't already know, and personally, i think it was just translated from other english interviews that he had done, just about loving his wife and being a family man, and escaping from hollywood blah blah blah. Laughing

    Hey Irish, glad you are back and posting. I sent e-mails to you all yesterday.

    Also sent you girls some info re: the SAG strike.

    Okay, I see on the front page about Sandra Oh being considered for an emmy. Are they kidding me!!! There is not a darn thing to think about. She carries this show each and every week. Hell, for the past 2 seasons her performances have been outstanding even when the show was a mess. Her performance was all the critics talked about. And they are still asking how in the hell did KH get an emmy last year???? KH is no way near half as good as Sandra. I smell a RAT here. There is no way they can legitimately NOT award Sandra this prize.

    My next question would be. Who in their right mind is recommending TR Knight for an award. They are kidding me, right??? I can't even see how his name came up on the short or long list. SERIOUSLY!!!!

    all good here.  private practice and grey's tonight. yipee!!!

    so what do we think about rose returning in season 5.  i dont care as long as she is not pregnant.  then she really will be a thorn in our side!!!

    hi hafsa, looking forward to reading the fanfic.  hopefully some really soppy, romantic story for mer/der!!!

    anyone heard from belgian grey.  she has been missing for a long time.

    hi rose, gloria, how is your summer going.

    rose, i changed your e-mail to small case so hopefully that will rectify the situation.
