      hi everyone,

      how are you all today?

      i have to laugh at the whole katherine heigl saga and the comments isiah washington made. 

      she was so outspoken about isiah / tr knight at the time.  in fact she kept resurrecting the whole thing instead of keeping her mouth shut.  why would isiah now offer his services to shonda???  i just dont get it. 

      i firmly believe that the whole issue could have blown over, only for katherine's big mouth.  is isiah crawling back to shonda to get his old job back?  maybe they could get rid of izzie and bring back burke!!!  imagine the chemistry again between cristina and burke.  happy days.  he has taken his punishment, now bring him back.  if he comes back Shonda will say that was what she had planned all along. nothing to do with ratings of course.

      season 4 episode 3 over here tonight @ 10.00.

      my lovely boys were watching tv last night while i was viewing the home page.    next thing i realised they were leaning over the back of the sofa when they saw the picture of topless patrick dempsey. they started shouting excitedely look at mc dreamy, look at mc dreamy!!! sounds like im not the only one dreaming about him!!!

      gloria, i had to do jury duty once.  i got a really boring case which lasted 3 days and when the juror's were in our meeting room we all confessed that we were bored stupid and not really listening!!!! so much for justice!!!

      hi burktina, were you living in ny or on holidays.  its a great place. i heard they were having a heat wave on the east coast. 

      where is rose and belgian grey.  maybe they are having problems with their computers and reading this and not able to post and screaming at their computers!!!

      Hey Irish, Gloria, Hafsa and BF,

      thanks for the concern but I am fine--fortunately nowhere near any flooding or power outages. Its just been busy for me, have had birthday parties, graduation open houses, kids coming up for the 4th of July soon.

      I saw the photo of Patrick on the homepage and thought I died and went to heaven. Good gosh that man is too beautiful for words.

      Irish I am alittle disappointed in Isaiah for what he said to Shonda, after how they treated him. I feel it should be them crawling back to him, not him offering help, which they will never take from him.

      Hey rose! I agree with you about Isaiah I mean with the way they treated him why should he do anything for them, but maybe hes thinking well if I get back in their good books or something maybe they will ask me back on the show because I think he misses Greys I mean I would if I were him because its such a hit show.  But your totally right rose he should not do anything for them because Shonda treated him so badly I mean she really led him on like everyone thought his job was saved and then all of a sudden he was off! oh well I do wish that if they offered him to come back that maybe he would because omg I miss Burke!! I miss Burke and Cristina, Cristina had like barely any story line this year which she should have had a good one because Sandra Oh is so talented and she barely got to show it this season. i mean shes amazing in every scene but just the way her and Isaiah were in scenes together it was amazing to watch them!

      I am wondering if anything will happen with Katie Heigl, I think something should happen! I hope they give her like nothing next season only a couple scenes or something lol

      hi girls, how are you all???

      all good here.

      private practise is starting here on tuesday next at 9.00 just before grey's!!!  looking forward to seeing it as i have seen no episodes at all.  i really like addison and miss her in grey's.

      any opinions on t r knight and his boyfriend???  big age difference.  i saw them on e news or the daily 10 and my immediate reaction was 19 year old only with him for attention, fame and fortune.  of course i could be completely wrong.  just my gut reaction.  who knows, maybe in a few years i will be eating my words!!!

      whats everybody watching these days.  i watched men in trees last night.  i know we are behind you guys.  it was the episode where jane and her husband (cant remember his name) went to new york for their wedding party and jack and marin attended.  jack not in the best of form as still traumatised from ship going down.  anyway, my 12 year old very quickly pointed out that stuart (marin's publisher i think) was the laughing man from grey's.  he was right!!!  i never spotted it!!!  do you remember the guy with the tumour who laughed and made inappropriate comments only just a few episodes ago???  12 year old very sharp, anne heche in a movie with harrison ford on tv few weeks ago and i asked him did he recognise her, straight away he said its marin from men in trees.  she looks completely different but he said he recognised her voice.  he says television is his best friend.  im starting to think he is right!!!

      has the weather settled down over there. 

      hafsa are you watching big brother.  it is very good this year.

      ok guys, im away for now, hope you all have a nice weekend.

      Hi Everyone,

      Rose...I'm with you on the IW statement. What in the world was he thinking??? I could care less about KH. That no talent, arrogant, self serving witch. Why would he even comment about her?? I realize he is a genuine careing and nice person. But Shonda/Co or Heigel don't deserve any kind thoughts from him. ABC and Shonda are getting just what they deserve from that snake in the grass. Abc knew she was a snake early on in season 2-3. And they let her run her mouth about IW all over the tele, mags and newspapers. Now, She has come back and bite them in the Ass. Serves them right. I don't feel sorry for any of them. Actually, they all belong together. They are loathing,hateful treacherous two faced people.

      What I don't understand is why they allow her to slam and disrespect the show/cast members. If she is making $200,000. per episode, she is grossly being over paid.  She brings nothing to the Greys table. I wish she would stop threatening to leave and just GO!!! She REALLY will NOT be missed!!! SERIOUSLY!!!!

      I watched Greys the other nite. The episo. where Burke got shot and the other episo. where Mer/Der made love in the oncall room. Man, those were the days. I sure miss that. Seeing Burke/Cristina together just filled  my heart with happiness/sadness. I truly wish IW could come back, but nothing has changed with SOME of  the present cast members or Shonda. They are still what they are....

      Hey everyone. Hope you are all having a good weekend. We actually got up to the 70's for a few hours here before it started raining, lol.

      Gloria, I really felt it was beneath Isaiah's dignity to call Shonda like that. I am all for forgiveness, but that was just offering to let them walk all over him again. He should have never gone there. It will just leave him wide open for comments that he is grovelling to get his job back.

      Does anyone else feel a kind of post-finale realism setting in? I was so happy at first with that ending, but now all that comes to mind is how bad Grey's had gotten in season 4.  The changes made in the last 5 epsiodes now make me feel more manipulated than happy, but I apologize for being negative about it.

      You have nothing to apologize for. I get where you are coming from. I never said that I forgave Shonda for the piss poor writing from season 3-4. I said I really loved the last five episo. of season 4 Then and now I'm still asking myself, why can't these people have continuety thru out the full season??? What's up with that???

      I would love to sit with the writers and ask some of the questions I have re: their writing technques or what ever you want to call it. If Shonda is there I don't know how truthful the writers would be. We all know Shonda is NOT going to admit to anything being wrong or even them having a problem.

      I'm still in the dark as to how in the hell can the writers FORGET what was written the previos week?? That just seems some what crazy to me. The fact that they AGAIN BOTCHED up Mer 's therapy session re: Ellis and her statement to Mer about being extraordinary, how in heavens do you do that?? By, the way I watched that season 3 episo. when Ellis was lucid, and she was talking about Mer being a Dr. How the writers missed that is beyond me.

      I'm wondering did the writers themselves have full range in writing the last five episo. We all know that episo.  where one of Mer/Der's clinical  patient was waiting for her boytfriend to come and everyone thought she was imagining it all.

      The writers wrote that scenario and Shonda told them they could keep it just so long at the end the man does shows up. This example tells me that the writers have some good instincts, and if Shonda would get out of the way and let them do there thing Greys could get back to where they were. I'm now seeing Shonda interference during season 3-4 is what made those season's a mess.  And with ABC stepping in and nipping that stupid Izzie/George thing in the bud , and telling Shonda to Move Mer/Der forward NOW, that's why the last five episo. were really great.

      I really believe that Shonda takes her anger/revenge out in the writings for Greys storylines. She was so hateful/ vindictive towards IW that she could not see clearly during season 3 and 4.

      Shonda still does not give us fans the respect that we know when she is full of it. Only the few who have just joined this group are falling for her lies. Those of us that have been here since the first episo in 2005 know what is going on and we call her out every chance we get to let her know it.

      I'm a little skeptical about season 5. I truly want the writing to stay on par as the last 5 episo. But, we are talking about Shonda here. She still owes us fans a very loving romantic, sexy passionate love scene with Mer/Der. In  my mind you cannot pass that  up after leaving everyone in this  state of euphoria  after these last 5 episodes. Actually she owes us about 4-5 love scenes of Mer/Der. Just because of season 3-4.

      But, we all know Shonda, when she is fixated on something whether it will work or not she is like a dog with a bone. She is so gun ho about this gay relationship the rest of the story lines will fall by the wayside. Shonda is not one to learn from her mistakes. Greys cannot afford to loose not one more fan. And I 'm hoping that ABC keeps a close eye on the writings and what the fans are saying.

      Hello ladies! Hope everyone is having a nice summertime.

      Irish, your post about Men in Trees brought a lump to my throat. We just had the series finale two weeks ago and it has been devastating for so many fans, including myself. There is still much talk going on at the ABC MIT message board. The consensus is pretty much unanimous that everyone hates ABC for taking away such a well-written, well-acted, funny, romantic, and lovable tv show!!! Many, many fans state they are done with ABC for good because of it.

      Did everyone see the PD interview on the homepage? I loved it except what he said about IW. But did like that he gave so much credit to the character of Burke. I also liked what it said about IW's phenomenal acting.

      Well I have to admit, after a week of feeling mopey about Grey's I am back to being in love with that finale, lol!!!!
