      Hi, to everyone,

      I'm just getting off the computer. I have been backing up phots,files you name it for hours. I'm taking a break.

      Irish your home sounds like so much fun. You and the children are adorable. It's 80 degrees here today and I'm in stuck on the computer. But, I have to do it, the tech guy comes tomorrow.

      I haven't seen sex in the city yet and I never went to see Maid of Honor. I only like Patrick Dempsey on Greys. His acting skills as an movie actor needs work. He is not as strong on film as he is on television. When I see him in a movie I just think of Der playing dress up. He should stick to television. Everyone can't do movies and do it great. You have to have that special something. He looks good but, for me to pay a fee to see you in a movie, you have to do a whole lot more than look good.

      His forte is the television.

      I got hooked on men in trees early on. When I heard they were thinking about canceling the show, I just about fainted.  I could not believe it. That show is great every week. ABC never put any interest in it as far as promoting it. They were to busy with Greys and PP.

        Yea, I think so too, they should leave at the end of season 7. The writing is not always consistent. And who knows how season 5 is going to turn out.

      Plus, I know Sandra O can't wait to end this. She could have been in 10 or more movies all this time.

      Plus I can't wait to see her on the big screen again. I really hope J.C. goes into the movies. His acting ability is really strong.

       Ava is starring in a new show this summer/fall. Can't remember the name of the show right now. I'm really going to miss her on Greys.

      Every time I even think about season 3 I just want to cry.

      Hi everyone,

      Gloria you are so honest,  it’s freshening……I love that.........hope your computer gets fixed once and for all this time around....nothing worst than a problematic comp.

      After the season finale i dont think i can write a conclusion to my fanfic that will ever match Shonda's...... so i didnt even bother. Did you read the 5th script i send you?........i am seriously loosing my touch with writing ........i will stick to my abstract painting......... lol!

      how are you all?

      i think belgian grey is away for a few days.  she said she was going away in june.

      went to see iron man this afternoon with some of the children.  it was excellent.  i dont go to cinema in ages and then 3 in 3 days!!!

      hafsa, i havent read any of your scripts for ages, would love to read one.  go on, you can do it, i want a super fantastic romantic reunion for mer/der.  i was delighted they got back together but wasn't overly impressed with house of candles etc.

      gloria, believe me, the children are only adorable when they are asleep!!!  there are days when i could cheerfully strangle them and of late have found myself sitting on my hands when i give out to one in particular for his own safety,  are you getting the picture!!!

      today, we got our first mp3 player.  the youngest has been asking for one since the christmas before last.  he was absolutely clueless of course, kept asking me for an mp-pod!!! he has finally copped on anyway and knows its called an mp3 player and not an i-pod!!!  i absolutely hate any new technology, im convinced that i will press the wrong button, crash the computer, loose all the files etc. anyhow, installation was successful and he is happily sitting on the sofa listening to his music now and shouting at me at the top of his voice ..... poor pet doesn't realise he is roaring at me!!!

      hafsa, do you watch eastenders?  i know the new girl in it.  angeline ball is her name, bradley's new boss.  she is from dublin and she lived up the road from me when we were growing up.

      must go for now.  missed grey's daytime show today so will have to stay up to watch repeat at midnight!!!  yes, i know i have the dvd, but its not the same as watching on tv!!! its season 2, where mer/der have just agreed to be friends, and meeting to walk doc.  happy days.

      Hope BelgianGrey is having fun on her hoilday. Irish how are are you and the children doing? Rose, What's the weather like where you are today? Hafsa, Don't you dare stop writing. Your insight into Greys is a whole lot better than Shonda's.

      You keep us grounded when Greys is on hiatius.So, thank you again for your wonderful writing. Don't make it into a job, just write when you feel the need.

      Well the Dell tech guy did a fantastic job with my computer. So, I'm up and running smoother and faster.

      Hey everyone! Gloria, glad to hear your pc is fixed. Having computer problems is as bad as washer/dryer problems! Sandra, you have the most delightful sense of humour. Men must just love you with that sparkling wit! Hafsa, what are you up to for the summer months?

      The site is really quiet now and I doubt there will be many posts over the summer. I still have something about the finale that I need to figure out, and hope you girls can help me. It is regarding Meredith's becoming "all whole and healed" (which was so gratifying, at long last). The final piece in the puzzle of Meredith's therapy, was the realization that her mother meant for her to become extraordinary in love. But to me that does not seem to fit with the episode when Ellis became lucid. At that time, Meredith was trying to tell her mother that she was very happy because she had found someone special. And as soon as Ellis realized Meredith was talking about love, she got very angry. That was when she said, imagaine how I feel to wake up and find you have become nothing but ordinary. I took that to clearly mean that Ellis considered relationships to be secondary to a brilliant career, and that is why the bit in the finale puzzles me. Am I missing something or is this another instance of the writers not remembering their own backstory???

      rose, i completely agree.  that was my understanding also and i was quite puzzled when meredith and her therapist came to that conclusion!!!  ellis definitely meant she should be an extraordinary surgeon, not in love, i have no doubts about that.  that's therapy for you, just aswell meredith's insurance was paying for the sessions!!!

      did you have a nice holiday?

      as for the men, i scare them away!!!

      gloria, glad your computer back up and running.  all is good with me.  spent the day doing a cleaning blitz.  now that some of my little slaves are on school holidays, i have lots of jobs lined up for them!!!  we spent the day scraping paint off skirting boards, light fittings, lights switches and plug sockets.  a pain in the ass but very rewarding.  its a job i have been meaning to do forever but keep putting it on the long finger.  tomorrow i am going to go to the dump and get rid of some rubbish and i have 3 bags for recycling.  we took the dogs to the vet tonight to get their booster shots and kennel cough injection.  i am going away for a few days next week so their injections need to be up to date for the kennels.  unfortunately my vet is nothing like mc vet, i much preferred him to mc dreamy. did i just say that???  i thought he was one handsome hunk!

      what candidate's campaign are you working on?  we havent heard much about any candidates apart from mc cain, obama and clinton.

      we had a double bill of season 4 grey's last night, so much better to watch on tv and not on computer monitor!!!  great nights viewing tomorrow night, double ugly betty followed by men in trees.  think i will have to crack open a nice bottle of chilled chardonnay

      Sandra, you crack me up so much (insurance paying for Mer's therapy). One of these days you're going to find a man who can handle you and then watch out!

      Oh my gosh, I LOVED McVet! Except, what was his name again?? seriously I can't remember and I really liked him too!

      We get Men in Trees tonight and then next week the finale!

      hi rose,

      his name was finn dandridge / chris o'donnell.  we have re-runs on daytime tv and he made his first appearance yesterday.  do you remember that scene when meredith was knitting and mc vet appeared  and said hello, im finn dandridge, you must be docs other owner ........ SWOON.

      well, im off to mow the grass now before the rain comes this afternoon, then i must scrub my wooden chopping board.  i just came home from school run and found cat sleeping peacefully on top of it .... and why not!!!

      Ladies Good Morning,

      UMmm... you all are talking about Hot and Sexy Finn. Love Chris O'donnell. Sure miss him. Any chance he may drop in again?? I sure would love to see Der  get upset about finn's return. That would be funny.

      I do agree with you both about the writers not remembering. For me that is just unimaginable. We here can quote scene for scene from season 1 till now, and they can't remember what they wrote. Even if another writing team wrote it. the story is a contiuation of running stories. I just don't get it with these writers on this show. I don't know of any other show where the writers don't remember what was written the previous week/month. I just hope they can keep it together till the end of season 7.  Then it will all be over. It's time for Greys to close shop after that.

      I'm still dumb founed as to how in the world ABC is dropping the ball on M.I.T. Loved the show last nite. When Jack  blurted out about Julie's husband I fell out laughing. Man, he cannot keep a secret. Jack has the greatest facial expressions.

      I'm sure going to miss the show after next week.

      I work for the Obama campaign. They showed on the news here and the BBC news  the europeon news papers front pages congratulating Obama.

      Gloria-congratulation! I am glad your comp is up and working and happy for your candidate as well…..see? you are being rewarded for your hard work already. Thks for the vote of confidence on my writhing, I will try not to disappoint you guys.

      Irish- how are you and the kids?…..you seem to be having a lot of fun. I love Mcvet as well, he was a kind and gentle soul, cute and charming too, plus he sure didn’t have a wondering heart like Derek….’if only’

      Rose-hope you are well. You are dead right on mer and her therapist, come to think of it ‘being extraordinary in love’ is definitely not Ellis grey’s  style, I am very sure the poor woman was turning in her grave when those two thought she meant what they thought she meant……lol! If only they knew…..

      Rose haven’t really made any plans for the summer yet, with my big project and all….i will wait and see how it goes first.
