      Hi girls--great posts everyone. Sandra, I've really liked Bailey's hair too since these new episodes, she looks great. Sara R really looks good too, I think she's lost weight.

      It feels like all is right with the world after that MerDer reunion last night, doesn't it! But I cannot believe Shonda's writers blog. I just wish she could be honest instead of so full of crap. Saying she planned last night's finale as soon as season 3's was over, right down to Meredith's candles in the field--what a crock! In that well-known interview posted here on Insider when this season returned, Shonda was quoted as saying she DID NOT originally plan to get MerDer together this season, but after watching all three seasons during the writers strike she "realized" that they needed to be together.

      Well as Ellen said in her recent interview, when asked if Shonda admitted to the mess she made of the past year, "this is Hollywood. People don't admit to making mistakes in Hollywood".

      rose, i couldn't agree more with your post, well said, what a crock!!! i like that expression.  i must start using it!!!

      i wonder whatever happened to ausfan and psychrembel.  i miss their posts.  i was on the episode thread and i barely recognise any of the posters.

      i hope we can all keep in touch on this site or via e-mail over the next 4 months.

      Ha ha Sandra, thats a good one! I miss Ausfan's & psych's posts too. there aren't many that post on the forums at all anymore! On the episode thread, you're right they are mostly new faces and I think the majority of them are teenagers.

      It would be great if we can touch base over the summer.

      Rose and Irish,

      My hats off to you both. Your post are right on point.  I'm still flying high from last nite. And I just finshed watching the show again  tonite.

      This was the BEST EVER!!!!

      I'm just hoping the writers stay with Alex for a while, and explore his story line. He has a great story to tell.

      I also hope in season 5 we get to more of Cristina in the O.R. As she told Burke in season 2  "the O.R. is the only place where she can come and think". It was about time the chief came to Cristina's aid. He knows how good she is in the O.R.

      In season 3 he had her run the trama's in the emerg. room. While he, Bailey and Der worked on Burke.

      I loved that scene where Mer said to Izzy me and my world class neuro surgeon. It was just so sweet.

      So, Lexie's real name is Alexandria Caroline Grey. That is so cute. I like it. She is such a darling.  She plays a younger sister quite well. Lexie is in need of someone to care about her so much. I hope she doesn't mistake George's kiss as anything other than friendship.Lexie is going to get the best medical traing. She has Cristina who will teach her all there is about  cardio, and Mer who we all no by know will be a neurosurgeon and will teach her all she knows.

      This could go on into Grey's Anatomy second generation.

      I agree with Irish about the kissing scenes at the end. That was genius. Loved it!!!

      Bailey's hair is fantastic. Love it.!!!

      Rose,....I don't like Alex/Izzy as a couple, but I do like them as friends.

      Mer is right about one thing She and Der are EXTRAORDINARY  together.!!!! 

      Well the  creme de  la creme for me was when Der said to Mer after kissing her.

      "I want to do more than kiss you, In order for me to kiss you the way I want to kiss you, I need to have a free conscious."  Well I was on the floor by then.  I just keep yelling YES!!! YES!!!!

      That one statement has me looking forward to season 5. I will admit, I didnot want him to leave and my first thought was something is going to happen to him. It was all about the camera angle and how they showed him leaving. That part made me nervous. But right now I'm hopeful and happy waiting for season 5.

      I just want to say Justin Chambers is an AWESOME actor. Something I've been saying all along. And that he was outstanding last nite.

      I too miss Ausfan and psychrembel. I hope they are still watching Greys and hopefully they may drop in and chat.

      Okay I'm out for now. Everyone have a great nite.

        Irish and Rose I'll be here all summer.

      Hafsa, BF, where are you?? Hope you both saw the show.

      Hi everyone I finally saw the season finale and OMG Shonda sure knows how to keep us hooked……it was breathtaking! I still cant stop smiling. I am in high spirits, my friends think I am going crazy, because now I have a permanent grin on my face. I have watched that last merder scene more than……lets see? I cant even count….i am hopeless….its sad. Gloria, rose and Irish, you guys have said it all……..no doubt about it everyone is satisfied with the finale….it sure was the best ever!!!

      I was also kind of nervous when Derek left mer standing there…….She Shonda wont DARE let anything happen to him……i think they just want to keep us talking and speculating through out the summer. The merder scene was beyond beautiful….it brought me to tears, candle lights, house plans, kids room…..it was just incredible.

      I was so happy with the way Cristina handled the whole Hahn issue…....

      Poor Alex…..JC played the part perfectly well…….he and Izzie are definitely going to happen next season.

      I am not so excited about the whole Callie/Hahn thingy…its weird, especially when she keeps sleeping with Sloan.

      Mer and Dr Wyatt’s scenes were good as well….i loved the interaction btw them……was mer that scared of her mom?......she had to wait until her mom passed out b4 she calls 911….so as not to get into trouble? ……..that is just sad, so so sad.

      I hope rose is not coming back next season….not even for one second……..

      Ok I am running late…..i will be back later.

      hello ladies,  how are we all today?

      have you listened to the podcast.

      good news, all our worries about rose being pregnant, derek being in an accident were all unfounded.  shonda says none of these thing are going to happen.  what a relief!!! shonda has turned us into glass half empty instead of glass half full kind of people!!!

      im going to watch again tonight.  my friend who is also a huge grey's fan is coming over to watch. so i will have a full sofa, with children hanging over the back of it, all huddled around the computer!!! 

      a nice glass of chilled chardonnay and grey's - life is good

      i will have to send them out to the kitchen to pour some more wine during the sex scenes!!!

      Hello ladies! Great to read all your posts! BF will be back after this weekend too. I am very happy to hear the good news about the podcast. I was not worried at all though. I have no worries about Shonda because she is too concerned about ratings now.

      Happy Memorial Day weekend to the Americans here! Irish, enjoy your encore viewing--I am doing the same thing with my son. ttyl

      i have a feeling season 5 is going to be great, Shonda definately have time to think and all.

      how you all.

      on a little bit of a downer now as no more grey's until the end of september. boo hoo

      what are we going to talk about during the summer.  will we just chat on this site or will we e-mail each other???

      hafsa, do you have the living channel.  season 4 is starting in september.  i dont know if you get to watch tv during the day, but season 2 is running daily at 3.00.  today's episode is one of my favourites, where derek and meredith are in the closet and he is comforting her, because she doesn't want her mother to die alone.  also can you pick up irish tv.  we pick up most of the british channels on satellite.  well if you can, season 4 is starting on tuesday, 3rd june yipee

      ok, children all deposited to school safely, so i'd better do a bit of housework.  im going to paint one of the bedrooms today.

      Good afternoon everyone.

      I'm still on cloud 900 and something. My feet have not touched ground yet!!! I just feel SOoo Much in love I can barely stand my self.

      I 'm with you Hafsa I have watched the show 3 times now. and will definitely watch it another time before I go to bed tonite.

      Mer/Der are the first thing I think about in the morning and the last thing at night. I swear, that Patrick Dempsey, everytime I give up on Der, he just pulls me back in all over again. That scene was romantic/sexy and when Mer put her arms around his neck and you could see him pull her into him, well I was just over the moon. Yea, I don't think I'm going to have any problems getting through the summer this time round. I'm hoping to ride this all the way thru to sept.!!! SERIOUSLY!!! 

      I'm just SOoo happy that Mer and Cristina are coming into their own, I could just cry. Plus I can't stop smiling about them or the show. I've been playing music from the show all morning.

      Well you all have great day. The weather is quite beautiful today 80 degrees.

      We all will be doing both when needed. e-mailing each other and posting here. I e-mail Belgian Grey most of the time. either way we all will touch base on and off during the summer. I don't go on vacation till the fall/winter.

      Will talk to you all tomorrow. My computer is acting up again, so I have to schedule an appointment for the Dell tech guys to come and look at it.
