Yeah the Lexie / Mark scene was awesome =) But I also loved the kissing scene with Callie and Arizona (when Callie was walking up the stairs and Arizona kinda grabed her and kissed her)
And of course the scene with Mer/Der in the episode where danny died.

I'm a total Izzie/Denny fan, so I love ALL of their scenes. My favorite is Izzie's "For Making Me Love You!!" speech. I want to cry every time I hear that!!
A lot of my favorites are on here again, so I won't list them, but I love MerDer, and Cristina & Owen.

1. when meredith says- your choice is simple her or me and i am sure she is really great but derek I love you in a really really big pretend to like your taste in music, let you eat the last piece of cheesecake, hold a radio outside your window, an unfortunate way that makes me hate you love you. So, pick me, choose me, love me. i hink that is sooo cuteee and saddd<33

3. when meredith and derek are in the exam room at the prom that made me soo happyy<33

6. This is going to sound terrible and horrid but, I like the scene at the end of "I Will Follow You Into the Dark". It shows how much their relationship has grown and although it makes me bawl like a baby, I LOVE IT.
7. "Pick me, Choose me, Love me"
8. 1st elevator kiss
9. Derek telling Meredith he's in love with her in the beginning of the 3rd season
10. 1st scene of the show... so awkward and weird!

yea...pick me choose me love me is the greatest one.
but i kinda love cristina and owen "take care now" moment, when owen explain to her the real reason why he said those words.

George and Izzie's elevator kiss. It's so tender and hot at the same time. It's full of yearning and desire.
The linen closet scene with them. It was so intense and filled with heat and emotion.
