ok i find this statement really interesting..I came across it on another forum on this site. But someone has said that if TR had called IW the "n" word, it would be global news and some people like al sharpton and jesse jackson would be demanding protests and well we all know what happans when that phrase is used. I really believe that the "f" word is just as hurtful and bad. And either IW needs to step up and accept responsibility for what he has done or they should let him go. Its not a matter of wether we like him as a actor or human being. What he did is really really disgusting. hey purple i just watched the youtube video of the incident. Im really disgusted..for one "why on earth would shonda laugh about this" and two.."why would IW run up to the mic and say that? I mean..really who does he think he is." I have read some posts from other sites and alot of people are not watching greys anymore until he is gone. Hey everyone! this is such a huge topic right now and I do not agree with what Isaiah did at the golden globes, that just did not need to be said at all! and i am a huge Burke and Cristina fan, but I just don't feel that was appropriate for him to say about TR. I feel very bad for TR, when he was on Ellen today he talked about it and he seems like such a nice guy! I just feel very bad for him, i wish the media would get over the whole thing to cause if they never brought that up then this whole thing would not be coming up again. So I don't want Isaiah to be fired cause I mean come on it wouldn't be greys without Burke, an Cristina would be totally lost without him! but I don't like the way he acted, he could have just said nothing like the rest of the cast.Posted 1/17/2007 1:00:00 AM #

i agree burktina..i think the best thing for this situation is for IW to step up and admit fault. Now that the wound has been reopened again. This thing is really about to blow up. I dont think Shonda realizes the impact of what she is allowing to happen. GA could ultimatley be damaged for good over this situation! I am interested in knowing over the next week or so just how far people are going to take this. Hey hot4dempsy! I don't think he should be fired cause I mean every show has their problems and they deal with it and get over it eventually, the media should have never brought up the whole thing in the first place, but then IW shouldn't have said what he did, but I don't think they should fire IW cause I mean it wouldn't be the same without him. I mean what would happen to Cristina?? who would become cheif? lol I could go on and on! but I don't think this will hurt greys cause its such an awsome show!
