Ok, in the promo for "Wish You Were Here" we see Derek dancing and Meredith covering her face. Then we see him dancing towards her.
Why?Why?Why?
Im going with an Engagement...hopefully...maybe... Because i mean meredith seems happy as long as shes with derek (lately) but he'd probably be super excited and she'd probably laugh at that.

That would be perfect... But Im afraid that they´re just doing Derek´s office like they did some episodes before when Mer finds dolly jane... :-(

I'm gonna stick with my gut and say that either Derek proposes to Meredith or Meredith proposes to Derek (that would be awesome!).
Then Derek's mother would come to Seattle in February to meet the future daughter in law after Derek calls her to tell her he's getting McMARRIED.

they never mention that anymore! if they do get married, like their whole relationship will change. think about it. if they do, they will just get old together and it will get boring! i think they need to do more..... well.... and htey need to have more drama! what's oging on here?
