Which Season did you find was the best??

Season 2 hands down! With season 1 and 5 tied for second. :) I loved the drama and could not wait for sundays to watch the show. I would force my thirteen year old self to stay up late and watch with my parents. :) Those were the days.

Hmm... difficult question.

season 1: it was fun to really get to know all the characters and see how they slowly built up their relationships. I liked that. But the season probably was to short to be my favourite.

season 2: I loved Addison, but hated the MerDer drama that she brought with her. George and Meredith had sex... not one of my favourite moments! The Denny-storyline was touching and the episodes surrounding the bomb were awesome! And of course there were the first appearances of Callie and Mark!

season 3: Meredith having to decide between Finn and Derek was BAD. I totally hated that storyline. The Cristina-Burke storyline was okay. I loved the season finale when Burke left Cristina at the church. That was one really moving episode! I hated how Izzie got in the way of Callie and George and how George treated Callie. He should have been honest with her. She really didn't deserve any of that. I loved the "relationship" between Alex and Addison. It was a shame they didn't build on that chemistry between them! I also liked how Alex cared for Rebecca/Ava. He was really growing in that season!

season 4: Contrary to many others, I really liked Erica on the show! I thought she was a great character and I liked her storyline with Callie. I thought they had chemistry. Lexie got on my nerves in season 4. I like her better later on in season 5. The relationship between Izzie and George was horrible! They totally destroyed their friendship for me, which was beautiful until then. The MerDer drama wasn't as bad as before, but the storyline with Rose really was not necessary. But I really loved what Meredith did in the last episode with the candles. That was one touching moment. Rebecca got on my nerves, but I liked how Izzie was a good friend to Alex throughout the "pregnancy"-storyline.

season 5: The first half I didn't really like, but it got better in the end. I love Cristina/Owen and Mark/Lexie. And I'm so glad Alex and Izzie are finally together, though the thing with Denny destroyed some of their moments for me... I love that Meredith and Derek are finally on stable ground in their relationship. I like them so much better when they are happy.

So, I can't really decide which season I like best because all of them had their good and bad moments. But I think if I had to chose, I'd chose season 5 because of the lack of MerDer drama and all the beautiful couples on the show!^^

Okay, I know I only commented on the personal storylines and not the medical cases, but I think their are good and bad ones in each season and ones that are more touching than others...

I have got to say Season 5. I've heard a lot of negative talk about it but I'm a hardcore MerDer fan and they were together for the whole season for the 1st time so...

1. Season 1 (because of burke, burke and cristina)

2. Season 2 (because of burke, burke and cristina)

3. Season 3 (because of burke, burke and cristina. although i hate the ending)

4. Season 5 (really liked it despite the absence of burke. second half had really good storyline)

5. Season 4 (no burke. overall, painful to watch. especially with rose complicating everything.)

Really tough choice. I would say my favorite is season 5 and then following her on the short distance season 2.

Season 5 was great, great MerDer relationship without any on and off breakups and reconciliations (though they could've got a little bit more time, not storyline, TIME together). And there was Cristina and Owen, and Alex and Izzie, although the cancer storyline was, I think, a little bit too forced in. The one thing that really missed was George.

Season 2 was fantastic, you could see the MerDer love, and oh those looks they were sharing. And, although, she ruined MerDer for some time, I liked the character of Addison. Bomb epis and the finale were great.

Then, I would say season 3 (though I didn't like the ending), season 1 (great, meeting the characters, but too short) and season 4 (I'd have to say that Rose ruined it for me, althoug last 5 epis, after the strike, were great, and I'm not even going to speak about one of the best scenes ever, the candle house).

No doubt it's Season 5! I still couldn't get enough of Owen and Cristina's moments. This couple are what re-hooked me to this show after Season 3. Owen takes my breath away... And I'm so glad Alex and Izzie got together finally! And not to ignore the fact that all the characters, esp Mer and Cris have changed so much! I like it! ><

I like Season 2/3 too because I like the chemistry between Burke and Cris.

Season 1: This was a pretty short season but I loved the MerDer chase and the Cristina drama.

Season 2: I like Addison as a person but I missed MerDer too much!

Season 3: This was definitely my second favorite. I love the MerDer drama and the whole season was pretty good.

Season 4: I hate this season (as much as an obsessed fan can), besides the finale. I hate Rose SOOOOO much! Like really and S&M was bleh. ROSE SHOULD GO DIE!

Season 5: I've heard so much negative feedback to Season 5 but I love it! It may be because I am a hardcore MerDer fan and they were generally happy during the season. There was drama but it was good drama that made them stronger. I wasn't a fan of the whole Izzie story line but it wasn't a main problem. I think Kevin McKidd was a great addition to the cast. This season made me scream and cry more than any other season. I still remember from the Season Premier, sitting on my couch, rocking back and forth and whispering 'Derek won't die'. And then in 5x17 I actually threw a pillow at the TV by the end. Definitely my favorite.
