Time After Time

ok overall, I am so totally happy and elated for burke and cristina! in terms of Iz and George, I would have to say that its just sad and wrong that George slept with Iz (drunk or not it was irresponsible for someone). but like in the show, people can't help who they fall in love with. and most of the time love comes in the wrong time. I think Iz and George are soulmates. perhaps. but it doesnt always mean that a person was meant to marry their soulmate, its not always the case. pretty much he and IZ are stuck for now. their story really sort of went haywire after Denny's death and George's father. during that time, George has yet to resolve his emotions with Callie. so the question is ... does he really love her or did he fell in love with her because she's so good to him. not that it's a bad thing but it can be. sorry, i'm just trying to say as much as i can before i have to leave this behind again and study. anyways, enjoy the weekend everyone. don't forget to pick out an outfit...theres a wedding we must go to. :)Posted 4/20/2007 1:00:00 AM #

Derek better not break-up with Meredith for a job, this constant ifs with them is getting tiring, he is like a child wants his girl, no he wants his job, bet he wouldn't want anyone else to have the girl if he gives her up, Meredith doesn't deserve to be hurt so much. She hasn't responded so much to her mom's death and her experience because she doesn't like emotion, but she will break. Can't stand the Izzie and George situation, Callie is a nice girl and needs to be treated better. I agree with Maragret3000 that Callie is pregnant. I'm glad that Cristina has put so much effort into proving her commitment to Burke.Posted 4/20/2007 1:00:00 AM #

There is no fighting. It's just that senseless comments are difficult to pass up, that I'd need further explanation about. Just like that comment about Burke and Cristina being selfish. Burke let George stay in his house when he had nowhere to go to. Yeah, he's selfish. Cristina stood by Izzie to do Denny's echo WHILE Burke was shot. Yeah, she's selfish.Posted 4/20/2007 1:00:00 AM #

George and Izzie together? Oh, please. Seriously. Aren't you tired of all the adultery that's going on at SGH?Posted 4/20/2007 1:00:00 AM #

Finally, the creepy Brit doctor is out. I would not have minded the idea of ex, even if the writers have forgotten that Yang had a line in Season 2 that she's new to the boyfriend thing, if the casting has been more thought out, hot like House!Posted 4/20/2007 1:00:00 AM #

I have not seen Time After Time yet,so all information I got is from y'all. I think if Meredith tries to win Derek over by just having sex next episode, he might reject it, because as we learned this episode (I suppose) you have to move on. It is like Christina bringing coffee for Burke and he says: I don't want to move backwards, but forwards. Mer's and Der's relationship has to move forward and that is further than just having fun. Is Derek really mean or cold to her? I cannot actually think of not just liking him ( and not only for the hair - he's got pretty eyes, too - no, for character of course). I even liked him when he told Meredith she gets around a bit, because I could understand why he acted like that (and it was true, too).Posted 4/21/2007 1:00:00 AM #

I love McDreamy. Derek is amazing. But right now i am sooooooooooooooo mad at him! i'm going to vent for a minute: EVERYTHING SAYS THAT "DEREK AND MEREDITH QUESTION THEIR RELATIONSHIP...NO THAT IS WRONG..ITS JUST DEREK! JUST DEREK! JUST JUST JUST DEREK! POOR MEREDITH! SHE HAS NO IDEA THAT DEREK IS QUESTIONING THEIR RELATIONSHIP. SHE THINKS THAT EVERYTHING IS FINE. SHE ASSUMES THAT SHE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN HIS LIFE. HOW COULD HE DO THIS TO HER...HE CAN'T BREAK UP WITH HER..THAT WOULD BE SO CRUEL. sorry. im like freaking out.Posted 4/21/2007 1:00:00 AM #

Maybe that is the problem. Mer does not seem to see what Derek is going through and Derek does not talk to her about it.Posted 4/21/2007 1:00:00 AM #

If Meredith does not talk to Derek about her feelings she indirectly questions their relationship. They just have to talk about what has happened. But we have to remember: Mer never had a long term relationship and she had a pretty rough childhood so she maybe never learned how to trust somebody or how to take care for somebody. He will not break up with her - I hate these on-off-relationships....Posted 4/22/2007 1:00:00 AM #

I've just read writer's blog and still can't believe all those comments. It seems like a lot of GA fans are going crazy with Mer/Der, Iz/G stuff. Am I the only one who wasn't mad at Der? Only one who was perhaps (if I had to choose) a bit angry with Mer? Come on, both of them have real issues when dealing with other people. But I think it's time we see Mer in action, doing the first step. Last time she did that was in scene "Love me, choose me..." and that was really a long long time ago... I can even understand Der. Yeah, sure, he had a cheating wife, but he also came to SGH to become chief. He loves his job, he's good at it, and he may even deserve it.So why should he put all that on the shelf? He was hurt, sad, angry, feeling helpless, Addy/Mer problems... And now it's like he has to choose (Mer-work). There's Mer on one side: woman he loves, can't-live-without, let-you-eat-the last-piece-of-cheesecake(or whatever); woman who(in my opinion) during the last few epi's couldn't find a minute to sit and talk, and explain him what the hell was all that drowning about; woman who is not used to all that love and caring and "saving" stuff. I think Mer is the one who MUST do something about all that. And now, the guy just wants to be alone with his thoughts, away from that pain and all, and instantly he's a jerk? Come on....Posted 4/22/2007 1:00:00 AM #
