A few funny scenes, a pathetic and boring Izzie like usual, enough of Jane Doe. Does anyone remember how old Izzie's daughter was when she first talked about her to the young girl? She was 16 when she got her and now the girl is 11 so Izzie is 27!! Will check this. On a scale from 1 to 10 my passion for GA is at 6 for the moment. Very good episode last night. It broke my heart to see Callie like that. She looked horrible, is she pregnant? That damn Izzie and George stuff is making me ill. I am sorry for Izzie's daughter, but don't go after George because he is Bambi and it is just not right. McDreamy is going to have a nervous breakdown...him and Meredith need some time apart. I don't know how, but something has gotta give. Alex and this chick...I am very interested to see what happens with them. My favorite part of the show was the end when McSteamy and Chief were at Joe's and Chief was trying to flirt. I do love how him and Addison were dancing. It is good to see him smile again. Hell...for a brief moment I wanted the Chief and Addison to hook up. They would be a good couple. Well, til next time and please keep Virginia Tech in your prayers. I have had many family members and friends go there and currently my two best friends are there now dealing with this. Derek talk all together and with additions. Ok, lets talk Derek. Think back, Derek finds Addy with Mark in bed together and snaps. He gets a call from Richard and decides to go and start a new life in Seattle and maybe become chief of surgery. He is not expecting to fall for an intern, but he does. Not only does he fall, but he really falls for the first time. He loves Meredith more than any other women, even his ex-wife. He sees himself in some ways as her night in shining whatever and he also sees her as the same for him. He knows her better than anyone. He can see that she gave up in the water. He can see that there was something there that was wrong. He can also see that he is really attached to Meredith and cannot live without her. He fought for her and she does not really appreciate it. This kind of relationship is new for him. He has never loved anyone like this and is realizing how complicated it all is. I think that it scares his a bit. He has to figure out the balance. Derek is haunted by his past and is not sure whether to fall back into being old Derek or to become new Derek. He is figuring out who new Derek is. Is it the man who came to be chief? Is it the man who fell in love? Who is it? Can you be both? It takes time to sort those kinds of issues out. The chief is right, you cannot have it all. Listen to the podcast!
