Hey Emmajayne, I live in NZ myself where the 3 epi arc is about to begin...you have to use 'naughty' file-sharing software like bittorrent or utorrent and download it after it airs in the US. Some kind soul throws it up and we can all enjoy! Depending on your internet speed it may take an hour or so. I just spent the last month in the US for work tho so got to watch it live! Gloria and Addicted2Grey, thank you both for your sweet thoughts and wishes. I hope you can hang in there and try to stay positive. I know its hard this week, but we just need to wait see what happens on the show. I will NEVER forget the heart-stopping moment when Derek walked out of the water carrying blue Meredith. And Derek crying over Meredith and talking to Ellis. I promised myself that for me, he will always be that Knight in Shining Whatever. They can't take that away from me, no matter what happens. Maybe I won't love what happens in the finale, but I have truly experienced the most romantic MerDer moments. I feel I can deal with whatever happens from here on out.Posted 5/14/2007 1:00:00 AM #

heya purple!!! so good to have you back again and i hope you are doing okay. welcome back :) i've been a bit under the weather the past few days and it seems like i missed out on some good conversations. lots of you have very valid points that i am going to try to comment on if i may. someone raised the concern over the lack of continuity in the writing and to some degree i must agree with this. we've had moments of brilliance this season where the epis have felt like "old grey's" (and if memory serves me correctly, strangely enough they weren't written by shonda). the epis i like the best are ones where there is quick banter and alot of interaction among the interns; bailey as "the nazi"; richard as the voice of reason, and some good old fashioned sexual tension and maybe even the sex too if we're lucky. not too much to ask for is it? lol i realize that we must have the things that move a story along and bring us from one place to the next, but honestly some of the things that happened this season are just crazy. also, another thing that really put a bad taste in my mouth was promoting a special 2hr grey's not to be missed when what it really was was about 95 mins of addison's pilot show and the rest grey's. my gosh i'm rambling, so sorry. i started out having a point and i've lost my way lol. anyhow........the new previews show a lot of scenes with der/mer and i think it's a good sign. it means they are at least communicating with eachother, not walking away without speaking as we've seen so much of lately. i think she actually smiled at him once too! so little can excite us these days when it comes to these two. i hope they are at least on the road to reconciliation at the end of the finale. the scene with "Momma took my eyebrows." had me hysterical!!! gawd i love sandra oh. i wish this could have been a 2 hr. grey's -- i guess it's never enough though no matter what they do. well that's enough from me for now -- thx for hangin in there on this post! Sandra and Angie--thank you both for your good wishes. I know you are mothers and can imagine what its like. Angie, hope you're feeling better. I've missed out on lots here too. I have not yet been able to dissect the last two eps as I normally do at home, going over them carefully several times. I'm just keeping optimistic about the finale until I see it for myself. Because it seems that when we are most disappointed is when the best surprises happen. Ausfan, thanks so much for your concern. Yes we must work to keep our faith in the great couple of MerDer. I think if we all try to stay postive this week, it will help everyone not to get so stressed out. Last night I watched last weeks episode again and while watching the previews I saw something that I don't know if anyone else did or if I am crazy....but when der was walking away from mer and saying "yes you should worry" I didn't see his lips move. So I was wondering if maybe he didn't say that then.... Oh and I loved the "momma took my eyebrows" part too.....i was rolling with laughter. And yes I really do miss the times with interactions between the interns when they were making jokes and had humor. McDreamy02 - i really hope you are right and the fun is back.... but i must say even in the most dramatic and nail biting episodes, there was still some funny stuff to lighten up the mood. The writers are awesome to make us laugh one minute and then cry the next second.Posted 5/14/2007 1:00:00 AM #

Hey guys, I am reproducing the full conversation between Meredith and Derek in this week's finale that they only show a snippet of on the previews. It goes like this: Ok I was watching Detroit news and they showed the full clip of Derek telling Meredith she should be worried…..derek comes out and Meredith says” I heard you are the best man” She says’ “Maid of honour best man, kind of perfect. I know I haven’t been myself lately” and Derek mumbles “yeah” Meredith says “but I’m me again and I was thinking maybe you should sleep over again because the me that I am is horny for the you that you are.” Derek says “I met a woman last night” Meredith says ” You met a woman last night”? Derek says ” I’m telling you this because we don’t keep secrets, I don’t keep secrets, nothing happened, she was pretty, I noticed and we talked” Meredith says “You met a woman last night!” Derek says “yeah” Meredith says: “So should I be worried or something”?
