TEAM MEREDITH and TEAM IZZIE and TEAM BAILEY.....those are my picks!!!! I had to drive out of town for work today so I had some time in the car to think about our favorite show, and I am mad at Meredith because I want her to open up and share her feelings with Derek, but at the same time I'm mad at Derek for expecting her to change who she is in an instant. It can be very daunting for some us to open up and be honest with the person we love and I have been guilty of that as well in my past relationships....but we don't change overnight, and I just feel with all that Meredith has gone through in her life and especially the events in recent months, that he is expecting too much right now. What happened to "baby steps". Meredith has spent her whole life protecting herself and being the only one there for her and after 30 some years of building a wall around yourself, that wall just doesn't disappear in a flash, you have to chip away at it slowly. I hope we see Meredith start to open up next week and that we see Derek be a little more understanding. I have no idea what Shonda and crew have planned for us. hello everybody!Just finished watching last night´s epi!! I´m all TEAM MEREDITH,TEAM IZZIE and TEAM BAILEY!!!i´m already thinking how am i supposed to go through months wondering how things will be like next season for Mer & Der!I can´t be optimist bout it!Tonight i´ve realize that there is a possibility that they might actually break up!And i am so disappointed with Der, no way Mer can change all she is as fast as he wants!He is giving up on her very easily, and right now he is not even trying to be with her!He has to understand that she is going throug hel!! :(Posted 5/11/2007 1:00:00 AM #

Ok so the torture that is Meredith and Derek and the writer's insistence on possibly giving up on them has driven me to the drink.....I'm now sitting outside on my porch having a beer so I can relax..... I wish that I was there with you Trisha. I think that it is going to be ok. Derek and Meredith will be stronger because of the adversity, in the end. OK really, I don't think derek can be with Mcskanky because that would break Meredith...i.e. he dates her half-sister. I just finished listening to Shonda and Betsy's podcast and they said something interesting about Derek and that he has insecurities that Meredith will leave him....maybe this is a good sign. Also they said that alot is said next week, that there are no secrets......maybe Meredith and Derek will talk and also I bet caillie finds out about Izzie and George.
