     I have a theory: the bar chick is Meredith's other half-sister (the one who just finished med school and who is starting a residency). That's why she said that she had a bad day. That's why she's wearing a black dress. And her 13-episode arc for next season? She's doing her residency at Seattle Grace, causing hell for MerDer fans everywhere. ** Sorry about that, I was so excited about my theory I posted before going back to read all of the comments. I see that I am not the only one to come up with this solution. ; ) Well, it's perfect and I think that it simply has to be right.

     OMG! Just finished watching (thank you Tivo!) and I can't stand it...the local news has a "sneak peak" at next week...I just hope that it has some encouraging news for Mer / Der. I HATED McSkanky...and the way that Derek looked / acted towards her. Everyone keeps saying the wedding pics show a happy Mer & Der --- but I haven't seen that. The show was pretty good tonight...but I worry about my favorite couple....Yeah, I know it's just tv, but as long as there's hope for them, there's hope for all of us... can't wait to hear everyone's analysis...see ya tomorrow!

     Lexi is on! next season. i heard as an intern too, WOW 2 greys at SGH...competition for mcdreamy and as who's the best intern as their dad's daugthers?... well my money is on meredith...she is ellis grey's little girl after all. Yup, GA is back!

     DixieGirl - that is why i am so worried if they don't make it then There is no hope for the rest of us. I loved this episode it was great. I do think that Adele will die and the cheif will stay. I agree with you all that think that McSkanky is mer's half sister....it is just mer's luck that it would happen to her....but please please the world needs to let her breath a little.

     Derek is so stupid, I hate that part where he talks to Meredith about the girl he met last night. Poor Izzie and George, Callie, and Cristina. They have problems stacked on problems. Also don't even getting me started on Meredith, I feel so bad for her....I wanted to cry my eyes out.

     Yeah I didn't like the way Derek looked at McSkanky...and Meredith better step up and fight for her guy. The thought of him with someone else let alone another Grey is simply revolting

     KC...i completely agree with your thoughts! it makes perfect, perfect sense. Poor Mer...She'll make it though. I'm just saying...if Derek sleeps with McSkanky, Mer should get it on with Mark...jk. mostly..

     13 episodes means McSkanky is there for at least half of Season 4....way too long for my liking.
