    Totally what I'm feeling right now,I'm ready to see it,but I'm terrified of whats gonna happen. We are a pathetic bunch of people to let ourselves get this emotionally involed with a tv show.lol

    hi all, i cant wait to find out what happens in tonights episode. i am hoping that the bar girl is merediths half sister. hopefully derek will not let us down. we need a happy ending for mer/der. i have my alarm clock set for 6.25am - cant wait to read all the posts. enjoy!!!

    Ok I don't like this news...I read on Wikipedia that Chyler Leigh (McBar girl) has signed on for 13 yes 13 episodes for Season 4.....that means she's around for a lot longer than I'd hoped so I don't think there will be Meredith/Derek resolution anytime soon unless McBar girl turns out to be Meredith's half sister Lexi. I prefer the half sister theory to that of she's a random women that Derek starts to fall for....my god...this is crazy. Then again if she's Meredith's half sister, maybe they'll kill her too after 13 episodes and her dad can slap Meredith again....HA HA HA HA

    Well, before we all crack up, lets wait and see what happens. 2 1/2 hours left here in the Mid-West. I think that tonight is going to be legen.........wait for it, and I hope you like milk because the end is dary. Thats right I think that tonight is going to be legendary! I think that Derek will not cheat. That is my official prediction!
