    I think that Mer is going to be on the road to being more happy and have a healthier relationship with Derek. I think that they are are going to start to grow together, leading up to a purposel from McDreamy at the end of the year or next year.

    hi e1....i've been gone for a while so i'm not sure if this has been discussed yet -- what about what shonda said in the podcast about derek having a dark side and that we might be seeing some of it soon??

    rose it's from the abc site the same place where you can find the writer's blog. they don't really expand upon it at all. they just say what i wrote above. and i agree with you--i don't like the sound of it at all either! i can't imagine what could happen to change his demeanor. any ideas anyone??

    Luvthisshow--I know about the weekly podcasts on the abc site, but I don't have the right software to download them. I don't want anything to change now that we have seen the depths of Derek's emotions for Meredith--oh my gosh I hope they don't plan to have him go off the deep end over a former lover of Meredith's. I've heard rumors of Finn showing up...we want our McDreamy to stay dreamy Shonda!!!!

    We are very early on in this show if it is going to be on for a total of 10 years....I am thinking Mer and Der will break up and get back together at least 5 times before they end up getting married. I was thinking about how much we don't know about these characters. I imagine we will be on a crazy rollercoater ride for a very long time and we have only begun to scratch the surface...sooo hang on
