Reply to PostWell, we are finally in the short rows of the countdown of the premier of Grey's Anatomy! I can't wait! Even though we got our GREAT season 4 finale with Mer/Der together to hold us through the summer months.....it has still been a long TV summer to me. Nothing to watch really. But, I have got my GA reruns.....I have watched and rewatched all of the post strike episodes over and over again and the finale, I don't know how many times! (ha) I naturally have broke out season 1 and season 2 and watched as well. Its also been nice seeing some pictures of some of the cast on the set a week or so ago. Especially, Patrick Dempsey. I wish it could have been a Mer/Der scene. But, we'll take what we can get, right? I have enjoyed all of the new promos. I love the NEW one with all of the cast dressed up and Mer/Der at the end. The old scenes in the promos have been great too! Well, as you can see, I am READY for Sept. 25th. Maybe we will get some NEW promos of the season premier SOON!

Oh, yes... I am VERY ready for Sept. 25th! I am READY for:
MerDer TOGETHER! And all the ups and downs that they will have in figuring out how that works-- to tell you the truth, it could be quite funny! Funny, and amazingly moving (as all MerDer moments seem to be)... can't you just picture Sloan having to referee or be in the middle of their squabbles from time to time, and you know how funny he and Der are together! Ah, yes... it's going to be good!
Christina kicking some Cardio A__! Don't you think she should send Hahn's superior attitude right to where the sun don't shine? AND prove that she's the cardioqueen mastermind doc that we all know she is? AND develop that side of Christina that life's lessons have made more real?
George to be George and just keep growing and just being the George we have always loved. REALLY. George is GREAT. Oh, and not with Lexie, please.
Izzie to find some doctor confidence and GROW! Remember that scene where Izzie told Bailey that she just could not ever and would not ever become that doctor that doesn't care? Izzie has struggled painfully with that conflict and we've all wanted her to win on that one-- that's what makes Izzie the Izzie we love. But we need Izzie's struggle with that conflict to find a balance, a resting place and for her to have confidence in being that kind of doctor and then she'll be able to mature and grow to be the Dr. Stevens we know she can be.
Alex to explore that place that he doesn't ever like to go-- but as Alex. Not Alex with Izzie. Let's face it, when people are going through these kinds of soul-searching times, they can not successfully do it and be in a relationship at the same time... right? I mean isn't that why we GA fans have been tortured in the past with MerDer being split apart? Cuz Mer had to sort through this big stuff on her own? Let's see Alex do it on his own (but with friend support, of course). He's gonna need Izzie. But, please, no couple stuff. Just friend-love stuff. Izzie be the strong one here, please!
Miranda-- I'm curious to see what is coming down the pike for Miranda. We've seen the softer side of Miranda last year, now lets mix it a bit more with the tough-love side we've always loved and adored. Let her whip them right back into shape, I say.
Sloan- more of his great moments with Derek and a deepening friendship with Der and Mer as well as even more of an awakening to his raw cluelessness in life as we saw in Season 4!
The chief to just keep being the chief. The big clueless guy, that tunes in now and then and reprises his role as the Dad of them all. We love the chief. He's essential. A glue of sorts. And a very important parent-figure to Mer.
What can I say?
I just CAN NOT WAIT!!!!!

greysaddiction - Its good to see that you are as excited as I am! ....and I'm sure there are SO many more out there just like us! I really have a good feeling about season 5 too. Its going to be great. I'm so anxious to see what Shonda has in store for Mer/Der. Where will they live, how will they be as a couple again now that they know its a commited relationship, will we see an engagement this year, when will the building of the house begin, will we find out about Derek's past, ?????There are so many questions where they are concerned and its going to be so much fun to see it unfold. I can't wait to see how Denny will be introduced again and to see Izzie find her purpose as a doctor. I want to see Christina happy again and maybe that will happen like you said as a top notch cardio surgeon and possibly bettter than Burke. I also want the old George back. He doesn't need a relationship no time soon. He needs to get his groove back too. I like the interaction between Mark and Derek. I think Mark will be thrilled that Mer and Der are back together. He will see that Mer is truly the love of Der's life. I also want Bailey and her husband back together too. I think we'll be seeing alot of interesting storylines for all of our GA characters this season. Can't Wait!

MKathy-- you know what's funny-- I didn't see the countdown clock at first-- I think I posted somewhere that I wanted it back and it was there all along! LOL. Apparently my gaze doesn't quite reach that far right!! Still more than 37 days-- that sounds SO LONG! I too, am very curious about how Denny will re-enter the picture. I was amazed by Denny-- he really was fantastic. But being dead must make it quite a challenge for the writers to write him in! ;) I am ready for Izzie to find purpose again in every aspect. I am one of the die-hard Gizzie fans (I know many people aren't)... I loved them together, but I believed George 100% when he told her that it absolutely was NOT their chemistry that failed, it was their timing that was off. Whether romantically with or w/o George, Izzie needs to find herself and get comfortable with herself and find her place next to George again (even if just as BFs again-- for now anyway). I don't think Izzie "works" w/o George somewhat significantly in the picture. But anyway, what I'm really needing to see about now are some fabulous make-you-melt MerDer moments! I hope Shonda has plenty of them in store for us in Season 5!!

AHHH! I am going crazy without my GA. I have all the seasons, and if i put another DVD on, i think every one aroud me is going to kill me! :] Oh, the things i do to get my fill of McDreamy! I just have to say one thing. I really found season four...well, everyone was kind of whiney. :P No disrespect though. I am glad to see MerDer together, because they were getting worse than ross and rachel. Seriously. I cant wait to see the EriCallie drama unfold! And, could we please get poor christina a good love story???

McAbby, don't you worry. i have been watching grey's all summer long, and i can't wait till my season 4 comes out! a couple of things.... (:
first off, i am too exccited forr september 25th. it needs to come now! pleasee. also, merder living together. :D engagment?? or something,since they are finally togetherrrrrr. i can atleast take a deep breathe for some relief! (:
and then second cristinia needs to get a love story! poor thingg. if i were her, i'd need some good loving ;) and she better kick some cardiooo butttttttt.
second, poor izzie, i hope she doens't get a brain tumor. i love that girlll.
mcsteamy-- i am just excited to see him on my tv screen ! hhope he gets some good plott.
alex-- please try to get with izzie agian, i love the two.
as for george and lexie, not many thoughts on them.. but i would love them as a couple.

well acctually it is Robert from enchanted.. but it's mcdreamy, and we all know him and love him.
i bougght one for my neice who loves enchated, and even giselle has one, but it's mcdreamy.. target or walmart probably sell them, and the doll was bout 13 or maybe 15 dollars . i coulddn't helpp but buy myself one.
