But I don't know about Derek being in the lead, I think they are all on the same level right now cause they were all fighting with each other and i don't think the cheif is impressed with any of them! and I know derek did save that girls life but afterward Burke started a fight with him and they were both fighting in front of everyone and then the chief sees them. And when the chief was talking to bailey he didn't seem to be very impressed with any of them, and then bailey asked him if there were any front runners and she said something about colin marlow and then he said goodnight bailey and walked away. So I think the chief might be disappointed with all of them, and Mcsteamy basically did the same thing as derek trying to impress colin marlow with mcsteamy saving that girls eyesight and I know derek was saving a friend but he should have called Burke. I don't really know who would be a good chief I actually wish that Bailey was a attending cause she would totally be the greatest cheif ever!Posted 3/18/2007 1:00:00 AM #

That is ok, I am pulling for Burke and Christine because of how sad you would be. I understand what you are saying about Derek, but his patient was a little different. If he had waited for Burke, something could have happened to kill his friend. I think that it had more to do with him operating on a friend then the impressing Colin. Plus, I know that the Chief did not see it, but Derek has gotten to the point where he can admit when he is wrong. Then other docs are not at that place yet. Not in the same way Derek is. Derek, I think, can be the chief that is even better that Richard. When Burke was chief for a bit, Adele said that Burke was just like Richard, hard and all about the work. I do no think that, that is what Richard wants. I think that he wants a chief that is more like Derek. Someone that is more feeling and more in touch with people (not that Richard is terrible, he is just aloof most of the time). Derek has growing to do, but I think that he is farther along than the other docs. Plus, he counts Bailey as a friend and confidant, and that bodes well for him. I like you and respect you too! I think that the chief should just stay cheif! lol yeah right this is greys we are talking about nothing can just be perfect! they have to make it all dark and twisty! lol j/k but thats what i totally love about this show one minute ohh yay Burke and cristina are married and Mer and Der are back together that is bright and shiny, but then theres the dark and twisty stuff like mer almost dies, or cristina and burke aren't talking! (can you tell that I'm a Burke,Cristina, and mer and der fan??) lol but of course burktina is my number one! but yeah my point is that greys is such a great show just because of all these crazy twists they have sometimes happy and sometimes not! but I think if it were happy all the time and everything was perfect it would get boring after awhile and thats how some shows get cancelled cause its constantly the same thing everytime! but greys has to be like the best show of all time! lol Well about me I'm 20, and I live in canada, I'm going to school for journalism right now and I actually wrote and article on greys anatomy cause we had to do a column and it could be on like anything we wanted so I was like hmmm...what could I do and then I was like omg greys!! so i just wrote about like what the show is based on the amazing cast, and just some awards they have won. so what about mcdreamy02???Posted 3/18/2007 1:00:00 AM #

I agree with you there too, I hope Colin is only there to shake things up for a while. I am not a fan at all. I am only now warming up to Callie some. I have never really liked her. I have never liked her and George together. Anyway, we will see what happens. I am glad you are on here, I have been wanting to talk Grey's, but there has been no one to talk about it on here. Hey, it makes sense though. It fits the character. She is a very competitive and knowledge hungry women that is not above using people to get what she wants. I think that her relationship with Burke and her friendship with Mer have helped her stop some of that, but it is not completely gone. I think that she is going to be committed to changing, I just hope that she does it in time to save her relationship with Burke.Posted 3/18/2007 1:00:00 AM #
