    This was a funny and fantastic episode, but my worry with Derek was confirmed tonight. He knows he deserves more and I wonder how long he can sustain this....but I think this episode showed us that he's addicted to Meredith? Is that such a bad thing? Maybe, if he can never get back what he puts into it. That being said, I hope Shonda gives Meredith the tools to give back to Derek what he so rightly deserves.

    Yes you were exactly right Trisha, unfortunately. :( Poor Derek. But you know at least Meredith acknowledges and understands what's going on, as she showed us in her discussion with Lexie. Why doesn't the girl get some therapy?!? Apparently the physician cannot heal thyself! I don't know about anyone else, but there was absolutely no swooning here. Although I must say, as usual, that man is sexy as hell. That look from the stairway.......oh my! I never liked Callie, pretty much from day one, but after tonite, I'm really starting to have a strong dislike for her. She's becoming pathetic. She is a perfect example of how the wrong man can ruin your life. I thought she was stronger than that.

    Oh and yaaaaay, they brought the nurse back that I missed -- the black guy! (Geez I wish I knew the character's name. LOL) He's awesome! :)

    I loved Bailey and mark and Alex and cristina in this episode. I agree luvthisshow, that Meredith finally gets it and she can say it out loud (that's the first step)... but she's got to start showing some growth and give Derek a reason to keep hanging on beyond the addiction. Yeah Caillie is definitely showing how the wrong man can't be good either....it's going to end and soon. Mark and caillie would still make an interesting couple. Was Lexie crying because Meredith didn't want to know her, or because she realized her Dad wasn't perfect or both?

    Loved Alex in this epi. You can tell the man has kids--he held that little boy so sweetly. Not for nothing, but it was very upsetting to me to see that poor child in distress for so long. I didn't like that at all. Poor baby.
