Thought that we all needed to hear this again! "I love the moment where Meredith and Derek break up, because I, personally was like, 'I'm not ready for them to break up'. I mean, I haven't been ready for them to break up for a long time. So to have them break up and then decide that they were gonna have a little bit of a break up kiss and then a little bit of break up sex, and obviously not get to a place where they could truly break up at all, was great and exciting for us. Because we really can't imagine sort of, having them be apart-apart and we weren't interested in having them be apart-apart. THANKS MATT!! I took the weekend off of Grey's and I cleared my head a lil.I feel much better about season 4. I watched epi 2 in a different mind set and it was a good epi. Good things are going to come..I believe that. Even if they go bad again (which they eventually will) thats just how relationships go. Mer isn't ready for all the commitment and responsibilties that come with a relationsip (thats how my last sig other was, just could not commit and just didn't have the ability to be in a relationship) I got out of that but along came the addiction..you are addicted to that person cause you want them soooo bad you think that your love can fix them..but it doesn't and can't. I do but I don't. I want Alex to be happy. I don't want Rebecca to be in a loveless marriage either. We don't know enough about Alex to know if he would actually be with Rebecca if he was givin the chance. I wonder what he has been through. I am not sure, I like them together, but I do not think that they are going too stay together. Good point Pink. Maybe Derek will not try to change her, maybe he will just allow her the space to change and be there for her in the way she needs, as she needs.Posted 10/9/2007 1:00:00 AM #
