Hey Pink: Girl, hang in there. Don't let Crazy Shonda drive you over a cliff. I just need you to STEP AWAY from the LEDGE right now. Take a deep breath. I've been where you are right now. It's disheartning, frustrating and just straight pisses you off. But, You'll be okay. It will take time. One thing you have to do is stop listening to what Shonda says. Shonda's definition of fun/happiness is somewhat sideways and dark. So, you can't believe anything she says. I always thought happy thoughts for Mer/Der. Try doing that for a period of time. Even if the show does not go the way you might like . I also kept watching season 1 n 2. Just to remind me. Great episode tonight. I like how Derek and Mark are now sort of friends, it makes Derek seem like more of a guy to me. Mer and Lexie will get there, Mer will realize that Lexie is nothing like her father. At least George told Callie, now we will see what happens with that fight next week, that looks awesome! Yup just when we thought Alex was becoming human....he outs George. Not that it wasn't bound to happen sooner or later, but leave it to Alex to do it in a way that totally humiliated George. (I guess he'll never forget the time when he froze in the elevator and Burke talked George through that procedure.) These days though, Alex is becoming quite the capable doctor. Also, Alex had the laugh-out-loud funniest line in the show about really old guy -- "He didn't fart that much." Holy cow did I burst out on that one! It just struck me as really funny---maybe I'm just tired. LOL As for Der/Mer, the secret sex is kind of, well, sexy. ;) Meredith and Lexie are on their way to becoming - hmmmmm - not sure what exactly, but at least they're communicating. Kudos to Mer for being the adult there. And HOLY CRAP, George told Callie! Good for him! He took control of his life after being so ambivalent about things. Maybe when Alex "outed" him as a repeater, it pushed George in the right direction--to regain some control of his life. Whatever did it, I'm so happy that part is over. OMG that cafeteria scene next epi is gonna be awesome! I like how Mark and Derek are communicating. It's nice to see the males bonding in this show.Posted 10/11/2007 1:00:00 AM #

I don't know who I'd take in a Callie/Izzie fight. Izzie did "grow up in a trailer park", not that that means she knows how to fight, but Callie is going to be pissed, so I would probably take her. Of course there is no way that an actual fistfight will happen in the cafeteria, they will probably just talk out their problem or something stupid, but they should throw down Shonda!!!Posted 10/11/2007 1:00:00 AM #

i loved tonights episode! mer and lexie communicating was great. i loved bailey yelling at lexie when she showed up in the clinic too. "this is not a dumping ground for interns" (or something like that). cristina stealing surgeries was amusing too. i'm glad george told callie though. and holy crap next weeks' looks soooo funny! i cant wait!Posted 10/11/2007 1:00:00 AM #

i now officially hate alex karev. he is an ass and that was completely unnecessary!! and if lexie starts dating him i will be furious. and i still cant figure out whether or not i would like george and izzie to be a couple. callie is not a bad person she doesn't deserve this. Ok, for all the people who thought that Grey’s had lost it, that thought that Grey’s was lame or weak or not the same; well tonight you were proved wrong. Tonight was brilliant…….seriously! Great for them to not really focus on der/mer. They have sex and talk some, make eyes in the elevator. Mark has Derek pegged I think. He does think that Meredith will become whole. Meredith showed that tonight, she is not above growing. She is learning to love Cristina in the way that she needs and that is good. She is also learning to care for Lexie, which is a big step for her. Can see how their relationship can grow and help their father; this will also help Meredith grow. I see the progress for them. I think that der/mer should be like this for a while, that way they are not the full focus of the show. This way both of them can grow and find each other along the way. Maybe the rumored potential “love interest” will give Meredith the kick she needs to truly be with Derek. Derek was great tonight with Mark and Richard. I loved that he called them out, it worked out this time, but it could have gone horribly wrong without Derek being there. I think that Derek is getting a little tired of saving people, and liking it all at the same time. When he says, “Sorry for call you an idiot.” I lost it laughing. George gets called out by Alex and tells Callie. Looks like Grizzie could be here to stay. It also looks like this could really hurt Izzie professionally. Next week looks like another twist in the whole Grizzie deal and I really like it. Plus, Izzie tells someone about George and her and it goes differently that she expects; so the key, what is she expecting? Love that really old guy woke up! It was interesting to see his pushing Izzie. Bailey is spiritually over everyone’s head. She really comes alive to put people in their place tonight. Loved it! I also liked to see her reach out to Callie. She really is a descent person. I laughed so hard at Cristina tonight! She was so funny, faking pain and sorrow to get surgeries. I like that she confronts Meredith with her lying. It was good to see them be back to season on, helping each other and talking about McSex! This show is getting so good!
