I am really hoping for the strike to end SOON! I especially am hoping if it does soonish that we still have a chance for at least 4/5 more episodes of this season. I read somewhere from an article about the strike that time was really a factor now on whether the shows could come back for this season. Their comments were there was a slim chance. SO who knows! I hope thoses comments don't apply to GA. I'm truly hoping ABC/Shonda take in consideration the fans when a decision is made about continuing with the season. I can't wait for the Mer/Der/Rose triangle to end and thats epsecially one of the reasons I hope we get a few more episodes. I want it ended before season 5. Then we can concentrate on getting Mer/Der to the alter! Right? That is my wish and that isn't too much to ask is it? (ha) I just want to see all the things Shonda said in her podcast about Mer/Der since the first episode this season come to light. Like: Derek loves Meredith and he would never leave her. Meredith loves Derek and she just isn't ready for marriage yet, but we will get her there. Well, Meredith is almost there, so lets see what Shonda does with Mer/Der. I truly think getting them back together will be Great and I can't wait!Posted 1/20/2008 1:00:00 AM #

Well yeah. It's the fourth season. They need to stop making Meredith so...unattached. they made that episode where she drawns to make her realize that it's worth it. She's been getting better and then suddenly BAM! It all falls apart. All Meredith had to do is get some backbone when she found out about Rose and Yell at Derek. Even Though Derek is doing a bad thing, I think he's doing it to save them, as bad as that sounds..you with me? you see what I'm saying. I donno but Meredith is practically there. She's just not into settling as much as Derek is because Derek has already settled once, and doesn't realize how fast it all is for mer.Posted 1/20/2008 1:00:00 AM #

Yes we're getting awfully close to the point of no return. Even if the strike were to end tomorrow, episodes still have to be written and then rehearsed and also taped. So if we're going to get any new episodes this season, the strike will have to end very soon. Hopefully it will help that the Director's Guild were able to reach an agreement. Keep your fingers crossed everyone. Here's an article that showed up i Canadian news about the strike. It was an interview with Sandra Oh. http://jam.canoe.ca/Television/TV_Shows/G/Greys_Anatomy/2008/01/19/4782001-sun.htmlPosted 1/20/2008 1:00:00 AM #

Seems like, if the strike ended soon, they might extend the season into the summer a bit to finish it. That would only be it they finished the strike soon, it sounds like.Posted 1/20/2008 1:00:00 AM #

I just stumbled over a casual picture of dempsey and ellen together, and the first thing that came to my mind, is that they could really be together in real life. I mean, it looked natural, and that is, as some here has mentioned, one of the things that made this show great. The chemistry between them. Well, this was just something that came to my mind a late night in Norway. But I don't think any other charachers in this show can enjoy the same chemistry.Posted 1/21/2008 1:00:00 AM #

Is that even an option that the season could extend through the summer months if needed to finish the season? Have you read anything about that or just speculating? That would be great if that could happen! Then we wouldn't have to worry that the season would end soon and no more GA until Sept. Makes sense to me. The actors have had 3 months off and they usually only get (2) months during their summer hiatus. (May and June and go back early in July). I keep reading where they are ready to go back to work! I really hope that its resolved this week and then we would still have A LITTLE hope for them to give us a few more episodes. I bet the actors would do that for the fans! Sandra Oh's article didn't sound very encouraging though. I guess we'll continue to hope for the best!Posted 1/21/2008 1:00:00 AM #

I read on the home page that they end in june usually. So if the strike were to end anytime soon, we'd have a couple episodes. And Hopefully episodes that makes everyone happy to keep watcing. People are angry at them for this season aren't they?Posted 1/21/2008 1:00:00 AM #

Great News! It really sounds as if the writers strike is coming to an end! I just read were an agreement will be made by next week, maybe even before if we are lucky! That means more GREY'S ANATOMY!! I truly hope that we get a few more episodes for this season!!!! This has made my day! Now we can get this Mer/Der/Rose triangle taken care of once and for all! http://tv.yahoo.com/show/28479/news/urn:newsml:tv.ap.org:20080202:hollywood_labor__ER:85971;_ylt=AsG1asHirZ0d2ik61yRUay2Ao9EFPosted 2/2/2008 1:00:00 AM #
