Kung Fu Fighting

It feels kind of odd posting the profile for Episode 6, but given that our trusted episode profile creator Matt is out of commission, I figured I'd step in this week and help out. I hope that's ok Matt? Anyway as for this week's episode... With his marriage in turmoil, the Chief turns to his fellow male surgeons for a "gentleman's evening," Cristina and Izzie heatedly compete for the same surgeries and the favor of the doctor performing them, Meredith treats the survivor of a skydiving accident, and the doctors treat two injured finalists who are competing in a promotional competition.Posted 10/29/2007 1:00:00 AM #

everybody was kung fu fighting....hhhhhya...soo excited for this weeks epi. Mer and Der will be fine...cause sometimes dating around is the best thing you can do to sort out feelings an emotions. They both should date around then when they realize that only they can make each other happy they will be together...make sense?Posted 10/29/2007 1:00:00 AM #

What to step-up Trisha. I'm sure Matt appreciates someone else taking the lead this week. Kung fu fighting! I love that song, especially when I am really drunk and sing it at the top of my lungs. Did either of you listen to the poscast from Haunt You Every Day?Posted 10/29/2007 1:00:00 AM #

Hey Pink, isn't it interesting how we've changed our outlook on Mer/Der. Dating around for both of them may be a good thing. Matt is having to deal with some personal issues right now and he's asked that we all keep him in our thoughts and prayers. I listened to the podcast again this morning on my way to work and found that it really was lacking. Nothing really juicy. I felt as though Krista Vernoff's blog cave us more insight into things, especially when she spoke about Meredith not be willing to sit her ass down at a therapist's office for the "years" it takes to work through her issues. God I hope it doesn't take "years", but considering we're at Season 4 and at the very least there will be 7 seasons ... it just may take that amount of time. Oh well, I want more Alex and Rebecca ... bring it on.Posted 10/29/2007 1:00:00 AM #

I was rather annoyed with the podcast. Shonda and Betsy just goofed around and digressed into their own Halloween stories. Which, grant it, it is their show and their podcast. But I listen to the podcasts for insight into the show, not the writers' lives. Is that bitchy? Yeah, I appreciated the blog more than the podcast.Posted 10/29/2007 1:00:00 AM #

Hey, I just realized that this week's episode is going to be extra long! An hour and a half of GA! Plus, I think I am going to watch Ugly Betty because they are going to see Wicked! I love that musical. I am super excited for Thursday!Posted 10/29/2007 1:00:00 AM #

Where did you hear that this week's episode would be an hour and a half?Posted 10/29/2007 1:00:00 AM #

on the ABC promos, they say something like "it's such a compelling story an hour is not enough time to tell it, an extra long Grey's Anatomy."Posted 10/29/2007 1:00:00 AM #
